Himalayan School of Traditional Yoga is happy to announce a 1-day Traditional Yoga workshop in Goa on June 16-17, 2017.
Yogacharya Sanjay will lead this workshop which is designed to introduce the concept and practice of traditional yoga to people. Over 2 days, the participants will go through yoga practice sessions, QnA sessions, presentations on Yoga Insights from the scriptures, as well as healing meditations – the overarching objective is to help people relax, be rejuvenated as well as carry back valuable lessons that can impact them positively in their daily life. This workshop can be attended by anyone, irrespective of their current fitness level or proficiency level in yoga.
Venue: The International Centre – Goa, Dr E Borges Road, Dona Paula, Goa

Food: Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided
This workshop is free and open to all, however prior registration is required to manage capacity.

– Brahmarishi Mohanji will address the group on the morning of 16th June (Day 1) to explain the objectives of HSTY and the importance of traditional yoga in current times.
