WHAT IS abundance?

Most people equate abundance to money. However, true abundance must be reflected in all aspects – money, time, loving relationships, stable health, inner peace, confidence, attitude of gratitude, and so on.


Each one values these aspects differently, based on their priorities in life. We should focus on the aspects that deliver the most fulfilment, satisfaction and happiness.


Abundance means our needs are easily met so that we can focus our energy on learning, growing, expanding our horizons intellectually and spiritually, exploring, contributing, serving, and adding value to society.


Thus, we get to enjoy life to the fullest, do more with less time and effort, and align with our higher purpose, knowing that our personal well-being and prosperity are based on what we radiate and contribute positively to the world.

Why should I attend?

During the Abundance weekend, we will experience change from within, that allows the vibration of abundance in all its various aspects, including material wealth and prosperity. The focus will be on: 

  • Consciously unhook from the attachment to accumulated wealth and related fears of possible loss
  • Learn to let go of patterns, beliefs and habits that lead to poverty
  • Removal of poverty vows, curses related to poverty, ancestral karmas and other unfavourable energies that attract poverty from the subconscious level

In this preparatory week, the focus will be on nurturing inner receptivity, the attitude of gratitude and contemplation using:

  • pranayama (breathing techniques),
  • affirmations,
  • mantra chanting,
  • journaling,
  • inspiration from daily messages from Mohanji

and other tools and techniques to discover our limiting beliefs and blockages around abundance and prosperity and consciously work on removing them.

We will also use powerful breathing techniques to cleanse deeply all the way to the cellular level, balance both sides of the brain, learn when our system requires energizing and when calming and how to obtain that effectively through the breath. A: We encourage everyone to attend all the sessions of the retreat, however if this is not possible, the recordings will be made available to stream after the event.

A: As much as possible throughout the abundance week, focus on yourself and remain in perfect awareness with your thoughts, words and actions. We would also like to suggest few things that you may wish to consider:

  • Preparing your space can contribute greatly to the atmosphere. For example, ensure that you choose a clean and quiet space where you are comfortable and undisturbed.
  • Keep yourself free from distractions and interruptions. Eg. turn off your phone; close apps and other tabs on the computer; where possible, let friends and family know that you would not like to be disturbed 1-2 hours prior to the session and the same after.
  • The time you spend prior to and after the abundance program is of utmost importance to allow the information/knowledge you’ve acquired to settle deeply inside your heart. Sitting quietly at these times can be very powerful, even if it is just for 10 minutes.
  • Keep your attention focused on your thoughts, words and actions throughout the abundance program even while performing your regular duties.
  • Arrange some quiet contemplative time, and avoid unnecessary distractions throughout the abundance program. Preferably we recommend that you stay away from anything that could pull you down energetically such as watching movies/tv, browsing social media etc.
  • Please remember, you’ve chosen to make a change in your life and the universe is responding. Now, it is in your own hands to make the best use of it and come out shining. Of course, Mohanji’s grace, love and guidance will go a long way in helping you achieving your sankalpa (intent).

 

A: The most important requirement is a sincere and wholehearted commitment to your SELF for a transformation. While it is recommended to have plenty of time for contemplation, and a calm and peaceful space to join the retreat, it is still possible to benefit greatly from the retreat in other circumstances. Our suggestion would be to be as present as possible during the programs (live or recorded), and to avoid any unnecessary additional activities other than what is required of you. We also encourage you to take some time out during next few weeks to follow-up on whatever you’ve acquired to assimilate and make it an experience.

A: In order to encourage a world-wide participation and for many to get benefitted from this program, we have kept the amount at lower levels. Discounts are also in place for repeat participants (2 or more programs with Mohanji) and people joining as a family (2 or more from the same household). A: Zoom is a video and audio conferencing platform that allows calls for groups of people. The free account offered by Zoom is sufficient to participate in this retreat.

A: Participants for the retreat will be given access to online materials that guide you on how to install and connect to meetings with Zoom. We ask that all participants who wish to join the Zoom call do a test meeting with a friend to ensure you are comfortable with the settings. 

Please note: we can only offer technical support in English. Also, given the number of people connecting, we will be unable to offer technical support during the program itself.

A: Please logout of Zoom and log back in. If there is a waiting room enabled, then we will have our co-host allowing you to take part in the program.

A: Live program is usually broadcast with two or more different quality streams. You can adjust the quality setting in the lower right corner of the player. Select the highest quality that your internet bandwidth can handle.

A: A whatsApp group will be commenced prior to the program that will have all participants included to discuss about the daily program. Any technical difficulties that may arise prior to the commencement of the program, we shall try to address through this channel.
