Of course, I might get a few things wrong, Mohanji, but I am going to share from what I know.

You were successful in the business world, and you were leading a large corporation. Then there was a big tragedy which happened in your life. You lost your daughter, a very young daughter, and that really affected you. One thing led to the other, and you began spending a lot of time in quietude.

You just spent a lot of time looking at a candle flame and focusing on your spinal column. This is what you told us the last time you met us. This process went on for a few years, and it led to a kind of awakening for you, which is very profound and has kind of shaped your life ever since.

I see you as a teacher who speaks directly from the heart. Of course, once in a while, you may refer to this or that teacher or teaching, but really the source of where you’re speaking from is very direct.

I also appreciate that you are talking about how we treat animals because very few spiritual teachers talk about being conscious of our diets and how it affects the lives of many other beings. So, I appreciate that about you. I appreciate how we’ve been in touch for the last few years, but we actually coincidently met at Tiruvannamalai recently, and you addressed our community there, and everyone was very inspired.

So, thank you for accepting this invitation to address The Rainbow Body Sangha, which is a group of people who are eager to learn about practical spirituality and how we can make the most of this precious human life.

With this, I’d like to hand it over to you and anything you’d like to talk to us on this topic.

Our identifications prevent us from touching the lighter side of us

Mohanji: Thank you, Nithya Shanti. It was accidental, but I wouldn’t call it accidental. I think it was inevitable that we met at Tiruvannamalai, and we continue to meet here.

So, the light body structure, the light part of us, or the lightest possibility – it’s always there in everybody. But what’s preventing us from going to that level where you can actually sense it, feel it, and be it, is one thing – personal identification.

We’ve nurtured this personal identification, this name, this form, this position, the possessions we have, or the relations we have too much that we got addicted to it. Society really creates people to be addicted to a particular personality, and we do everything possible to maintain it. What happens then?

We are stuck in the gross: this identification, name, form, fame, plus corresponding requirements for maintenance. Plus, our wrong notion or illusion that we are this – we are what we wake up to everyday morning.

So, this prevents us from understanding or even touching the lighter side of us, the part that is more real and relevant. I’m not even talking about the atma tatwa, the soul factor. I’m talking about the presence factor. The soul is present, of course. But I’m talking about the general presence factor.

We have a presence with or without the body. But we are unnecessarily addicted to the body and this particular incarnation, where we completely missed the presence part.

That’s why even with a lot of effort, we are not able to attain that part. It’s not everybody; a lot of people are able to attain that part or that state, but hugely we are not able to touch that realm because of our identification primarily – the first point.

Second is the guilt and the regret factor connected to ownership. This is detrimental. We have a lot of regrets and guilt in everybody’s life, and they are completely rooted in ownership of action. Instead of things happening through us, which is the truth: time is given, space is given, activities are given, environment, experience – everything is given.

Instead of allowing that flow to happen, we own it. We own some time. We own some space; we own some event. Owned necessarily doesn’t mean that consciously we are owning, but the truth is that we have regrets. We have guilt, which simply means that we’ve owned that space or that time, that event, something. So, the problem with this thing is – we have a life from first birth till last birth. This is a flow.

Each life, each body is just another bead in the garland. So, life is flowing, almost in the same pattern, life after life, until an evolution happens where the higher awareness shifts or awareness keeps shifting slowly to the level where you come back to where you started.

When we don’t understand that life is a flow through lifetimes, we get stuck with personality. We fear death. We call death a tragedy. It’s not true. Death is a transition. So, when we realize that these factors are there, we go back to the presence factor much more than the gross factor.

Great masters have defined this state very clearly. The first state of every human being is a requirement – fulfillment, desire – fulfillment, inclinations and tendencies – their corresponding fulfillment. This is the stage of most people.

Thoughts are the pillar that holds the mind

That’s a lateral thing over time. Yesterday, today, tomorrow, the day after. We go through this process. That’s why we plan, “I want this next week. I want this next year, or I achieved this last week.” – things like that. That’s because we put all the desires on time. Like a conveyor belt, time is going and then we are getting those things experienced. So, this is the first stage where you have a desire; you go for fulfillment; for a short period of time, there is shanti (peace).

The second level – you have a desire, but you’ve been used to these desires, so you don’t really go for fulfillment. Without fulfillment, you’re still stable. You’re still peaceful. That’s a second state. That itself is a great state, where you’ve all the desires or inclinations, but they’re not bothering you. You’re not affected by it.

The third state – since you’re not really chasing those desires for fulfillment, desires start getting weaker; inclinations and tendencies start reducing. Then corresponding thoughts start getting weaker because thoughts are the first stage of expression. Then comes expression – words. Then comes action. So, thought-word-action.

Thoughts themselves start becoming weaker because there’s no manifestation. There’s no culmination or fulfillment. Thoughts become weaker. Thoughts are the pillar that holds the mind. When thoughts become weaker and weaker, the mind starts collapsing because there’s nothing to hold the mind.

The mind is just like a projector where the feature film has to come to be projected on the screen. Feature films are desires that the thoughts project; thoughts light up to project. So, thoughts are going, and this collapses the mind. That’s the third stage.

After that, if you reach that state where the mind is collapsed, you can’t go back to the first stage. There ends the story. Then onwards, it’s a state where you are processing. You still know that you have an existence, you have a body, but you’re detached from the body.

You are not bound by the body. You are not bound by your personality. You’re not bound by anything. So, that state happens automatically because you are existing in a state where thoughts or the mind is not playing its role. The mind is still there. That’s why you recognize yourself as an individual, but it’s not binding you.

Then comes another state, the fourth state, where you are completely aware that you are existing, and the fifth state, where you don’t even know you exist. That’s the state of various masters, like avadhootas, where their mind is totally gone – erased.

Like Neem Karoli Baba’s story. When people asked him: “Are you hungry?” He kept saying, “Yes”, and he didn’t remember that he had been eating.

That state is where you exist, and when the food comes to your mouth, you eat it. If it doesn’t come, it doesn’t matter – completely only presence, not even the person. The person is gone. He becomes a presence.

Then the last state is only one state where that seed, the potential for birth – seed state remains, and that also gets dissolved. Then you don’t even have the potential to come back because you’ve exhausted all your desires, all your karmic bindings.

Three levels only: in possessions – what we have, positions – what we enjoy in life, and relations; these are the things that bind you. All those are gone.

Then that last stage where you don’t even exist, even as a seed. Seed is always a potential for life. So that seed form itself, nirbeeja samadhi, when even the seed form does not exist.

So, this has been defined very well by great masters, and we can see such masters in the world. All these should be experienced. We can discuss for hours, but to experience them, the first step is acceptance. You got to accept yourself 100%. You may not like many things you consist of, but you’ve got to accept them. You’ve collected them over time.

You need to really, really accept them so that you can transform them. That’s the point here. Recently I was talking to one mother. She spent 21 years in a cave on top of the mountain, alone, when she was 26. She stayed there for 21 years; no food, no water. I have a connection with her like a mother and child. She was telling me: “Mohanji, when the only aim is God, what other aim matters? My only desire was God; then no other desires had value.”

In simple terms, this is the whole story. So, that provoked a 26-year-old woman to spend 21 years in a cave – no food, no water, and it’s a very tall mountain. So, to climb there and stay there – the strength, the passion that takes you there is the desire to touch and taste God.

If our desire is to taste God, God has to be experienced. You can never ever describe God. It has to be experienced. I use the word it because it’s not a gender. He/she has no gender. You can’t really understand God in any other way apart from experiencing God. If that’s your only desire, all the other desires become immaterial.

So again, I come back to the first point – the first blockage. The first problem or I don’t like the word “problem” because there’s no problem. When resistance happens to a situation, we call it a problem, or when expectations are not met, an expectation did not attain fulfillment, we call it a problem. But otherwise, there’s no problem in life. They’re all situations.

For finding God, one needs strength, passion, and discipline

Attachment connected to the physical form, attachment connected to our presence in this world – this is where the first major hurdle is. After this hurdle is crossed, then things are smooth. That’s why I said that the first stage is desire – fulfillment, inclination – fulfillment. From that state, desire is there, but no need for fulfillment itself is a big shift. And once the mind is collapsed, then you can’t come back to the state of mind and the state of things.

To have a light body – you already have it. To experience the light body, you got to detach from the gross, but this should not happen through suppression, denial, or resistance because that’s all reinforcing that state that we are in. For example, if I deny I have a name, it’s not true. I have a name. But not being attached to the name is the thing.

That means you’re practising gratitude and humility and not really being attached to the name, but you need to know who you are. Otherwise, if somebody asks you, “Who are you?” and if you say, “I don’t know who I am”, then it’s a problem. This is very important that in this life in this world, you need to have your particular identities, but at the same time not be attached to them.

This is the thing. Please remember society reinforces you to you. You can’t help it. Society reinforces this aspect of you all the time. The tests of life are how you deal with your own identity, identification, personality. This is the point – without denying it, without neglecting it, without disowning it, without disrespecting. This is very important. That transcends you to great levels, to great layers of elevation.

Now, like Nithya Shanti said about me and the animal world, the other species – I say this because our expression is very important as a sign of our refinement. All our expressions. When we start looking at every species as an extension of ourselves, as the real representation or full potential of Consciousness, then we can’t harm them. We can’t hurt them.

Human refinement has to be through our consistent action. It’s easy to preach, easy to speak, but it’s not easy to do. The real expression or the real communication is in action – consistent action.

Why I talk about the vegan lifestyle is all because of this. We have no right to harm another species; it’s not just right. It’s unethical for human beings who can use intelligence, who have imagination, who have every means to achieve the highest or even to realize God; we should never harm any being. If we feel that we can choose to kill any living being or any expression of life for our benefit, we are wrong. These are all signs of our attachment to certain things.

Why I keep on saying this is because we have to express our particular frequency to the world. We are doing it consciously or unconsciously. But at the same time, we should always also try to raise the awareness of the frequency of the world for the sake of everybody. For this, non-violence is very important.

Non-violence is very important – ahimsa. Very, very important. Because himsa (violence) reduces the frequency in such a way, it binds you. You become responsible. We are debtors to the calamities of the world. But ahimsa raises us. We come to the level where we are contributing to the frequency to make this world subtler. When the world, the environment itself, becomes subtle, then it’s easy to go into the subtle states, very easy.

Sensations are traps

Today we are fighting. We are really working hard because the environment is so gross and so dark in many ways. It’s not easy to attain a state of the subtle body easily. Gross is easy; subtle isn’t easy.

Likewise, many people I’ve seen get stuck with sensations of meditation. They’re happy with that. They boast they have sensations from meditations. I always say these are traps. You may have sensations of various nature, which is part of this thing. But if you’re stuck in them, you’re not progressing. When they stop appearing, you go into depression.

So, like that, many of our practices and things are only to be used as a boat to cross the river. Once you cross the river, you shouldn’t expect the boat to follow you. Leave the boat there. Keep going. So, individually, collectively, we have responsibility.

This is what I’m saying. The activation of the subtle body is spontaneous. When the person becomes the purpose, when the purpose becomes a presence, this happens. First and foremost, from personality to purpose. If the purpose is to touch God, feel God, be God (i.e. you are God-realized), then eventually you will become presence, automatically because you’re walking towards that. Nothing else matters.

Your position, possessions, relations do not matter. Your focus is on God. God is not apart from you. It’s the activation of that reality that God is everywhere. The entire universe is sustained by that energy, and you start feeling that energy.

Individually, we always feel we are units, and we have all these – name, fame, and stuff or whatever we are in this world. But while knowing all this that you are an individual, at the same time, you know you’re not this. You’re well beyond this.

Then your presence – how do you know that your presence has become larger? Whatever the whole global vibrations are, you’ll know. You’ll feel. Not only this earth. They say all the three dimensions we know – all the 14 dimensions also we know, and infinite dimensions we know. Not because we choose to know, but because we are presence and presence is spread over like that. We don’t have to choose. Choosing is from the mind. We choose nothing.

I’ll conclude this with one experience I had when I climbed the Kailash mountain – Inner Kora. Inner Kora was very dangerous. I still don’t recommend it to people because Inner Kora is where you’ve to climb the mountain with a rope. I’ve climbed mountains with ropes when I was a student, but I’m not a student anymore, nor am I of that age.

People told us there were (before we went, we were about 18 of us) 33 people who died in that particular space, terrain, because it’s very dangerous. You got to climb the mountain. It’s about 20,000 feet or something high.

If you fall down, you’ll not look good. So, we’ve to climb all the way, and once you reach that plain, the top, there’s no place to sit. There’s a rock protruding out, so you got to go around the rock to the other side, and that’s the darbar (kingdom) of Shiva.

So, somehow, we all climbed, we managed, we reached the top and went around. When I reached the other side of the rock, I was so famished, so breathless, and suffering from hypoxia- 20,000 feet high. I just lay down with my head towards Kailash.

I had my mouth covered with a bandanna, head and mouth covered. Suddenly a stone came into my mouth, which is impossible; you can’t have a stone coming into the mouth because it’s covered. I heard a voice saying, “You cannot lie down here. If you lie down here, you’ll not go back. People come here to stay. If you didn’t come here to stay, keep walking.” I didn’t know where this voice came from, but it was distinct and clear. I immediately got up.

And then it continued. “We wait hundreds of years to have the darshan of Shiva, but we don’t ask for it.” If we ask for the darshan, Shiva will ask: “In which form would you like to see me?” Then we’ve to suggest a form. When we suggest a form, Shiva will happen in that form.

Then, it again takes hundreds and thousands of years, human years (it’s not that they are bound by time, they are telling me so that I understand), the years of human nature, about thousands of them, to erase that image of Shiva and to connect to the real form which He has. So, we don’t ask. We wait. Then Shiva happens.

When Shiva happens, we don’t exist. We dissolve – it means we wait in the sukshma (subtle) form in the body (which is just no body, seed form) for the brightness to happen or Consciousness to happen. Shiva is the Supreme Consciousness. Or we go into that level of subtlety where we become one with the Supreme Consciousness. Then we don’t exist. We merge with Shiva.

I think this sums up our journey as well because the more you ask, the more will come to you. But of what nature are we asking? Gross nature, terrestrial nature? We are asking for things that are completely terrestrial. That’s why we get them. But what’ll you do with them? We need to know that they are just an expression of the patterns that we have.

In every lifetime, we have an opportunity to find God

We ask for the same things every life, similar things every life. We have similar relationships, similar attachments, all those things in every life. So, we keep on asking the same thing every life, and we don’t even know. What happens when you keep asking? You’ll get them.

There are upgrades also like I had a Toyota car, I wanted Mercedes, then Rolls Royce – all those upgrading things can happen. But we are still in the same pattern. So, we got to really look at it deeply. This is called manana (contemplation), not meditation.

We need to contemplate deeply – every moment, consistently. What are we asking? What are we here for? What are we looking for? And when once things become clear, when the vision is clear that I am here for a purpose, God definitely gives opportunity in every lifetime to find God. Every lifetime – God usually sends people; God doesn’t send people. People happen to you in life, who’ve found Him, who’ve met Him or are one with Him.

Again, I use the word Him not as a gender; God as a presence. So, somebody who has already reached that state will definitely come in touch with you sooner or later anytime. Their job is to tell you there’s a possibility in this lifetime for you.

Every lifetime, we have opportunities to catch God. But we usually go back to our patterns, our likes and dislikes, our desires, our inclinations and tendencies, helplessly. That’s why God allows, “Okay, no problem.” Another ten lives more. There’s no plan or agenda here. It’s just a simple, natural state of the flow of time. Life is kept, or life is built on time.

Time or timelessness – it’s our choice

From time to timelessness, it’s your choice. You are timeless and time together. So, you choose what you want. If you want karma, desires, fulfillment, you need time. If you are one timelessness – that’s God. This is our choice.

Most people choose time because the desires are out; the desires are of a terrestrial nature. They are sense oriented: eyes, ears, nose, mouth, skin oriented. They’re very, very interesting. Very interesting. J But it’s nice; life is good. Nithya Shanti, I think I’ve covered a lot of ground here.

Nithya: Thank you, it was very beautiful free-flowing teaching. I would like to invite questions. We have one question on YouTube by Nalini, who says: “Thank you for these precious gems of wisdom, Mohanji. I wonder if the desire for God is comparable to the experience of purity.”

Mohanji: Well, a desire for God is good as a purpose because we need to have a clarity of purpose to start the journey. The desire for God, even if you don’t know what God is, it’s fine. Anyway, it’s subtle. But unfortunately, many times, we depend on books, people’s versions of God, people’s opinions of God. We shouldn’t look at any book that way.

Like that, I think it was Rumi’s poetry; I can’t remember, it’s a Persian thing, where they say the disciple came to the guru and he asked, “What’s the first step?” He said, “burn all your books.”

So, this is the thing. We sometimes get deviated or even derailed in a way because of the opinions of people. Instead, follow experiences. Again, as I said, experiences change. But we need to continuously follow experiences. God has to be an experience. God is an experience. It has to be experienced and can be experienced only inside. How do we experience happiness? Inside us. Sadness – inside us. Excitement – inside us.

Everything we experience inside us. God has to be experienced inside us. We shouldn’t try to experience God outside. You know, even though many times we consider God like a school teacher, or an emperor who sometimes becomes angry, and says, “chop his head”, or sometimes is very kind and gives you money. There’s nothing like it. I mean, God doesn’t have those kinds of responsibilities.

Just like your soul, God’s behavior is similar to the soul. The soul never interferes in our life. The soul is a presence. Soul’s presence is what we call life. Soul’s presence in the body is what we call life. Likewise, God’s presence in the universe is what we call the world. We need to reach there. That particular desire is good because then how intense and how deep is the desire will come as a test on the “me” and “mine” factors.

First of all, you should be able to face any fears and do things like this mother, whom I met. She already had five children by the time she was 26. Then she decided that it was important to find God, and she didn’t want to waste this life. So, she climbed up the mountain and went into the cave and meditated for 21 years. That kind of intense desire to find God got her there. And that’s about it.

I’m not saying that everybody should leave everything and go. While you’re in activities, while you are in life, you can always keep your priority as God or the people who have attained God. A guru is a state. A teacher is a state, a state that he has reached. If our aspiration is that state, you can connect to somebody who’s already in that state.

But again, there’ll be an illusion, a delusion, because that’s a human being. It’s not easy to connect to a human being who’ll eat, drink, sleep, do whatever it takes. You have to stay stable to the state, not the person, the personality.

There’s always a factor there which is very important to understand. The point I’m saying is connecting to desire, that your aim or your goal is to reach the highest in this lifetime will be met with. It’ll happen because every lifetime we have this opportunity. How do you know you’re progressing faster? You may face many more tests and many more hurdles.

Imagine you had another 100 lifetimes to enjoy further. It all starts collapsing; it becomes 50, then becomes 20, then it becomes ten. Each lifetime becomes intense. More things happen in life much faster. That’s one of the signs where you can trust that you’re really moving ahead fast, very fast.

If you stick on to this journey, in fact, there’s no journey. There’s only inner exploration.A journey here is like a journey through time. It’s only in the present, being now, connecting to you, and finding this whole thing within, beyond the illusions. If this is achieved, if this kind of intensity remains, or this desire or determination remains, plus discipline remains, you’ll attain God in this lifetime. And that’s a good idea. That’s a really good idea.

Nithya: Very powerful. Another question, “Can you please elaborate on sensations aspect arising from vipassana practice?” Dhaval is asking.

Mohanji: I haven’t particularly practised vipassana, so I am unable to comment about that particular practice. Like many times, when you continuously practice something, you have a state of expansion. Like sometimes, you feel expanded, where you don’t feel your body for some time. Then you come back to the body, and then you’re trying again hard to come to that position. But what happens is that you don’t know the technique as yet.

A particular situation, a particular activity, at a particular time, created that situation of expansion. And you felt bliss because you’re not bound by the body factor. That to come back, you still try, then you sometimes get frustrated because that’s not happening. It automatically happened.

So, many times, you got to know that various sensations like detachment from the body, detachment from the mind, from the thoughts, all come and go because you don’t stop anywhere.

Many, many things are sitting in us, at the micro-level: our desires, our fears, our inclinations, tendencies, our likes and dislikes, our opinions, our prejudices. They all sit somewhere in our system.

So, when they start appearing and leaving, you feel lighter. You shouldn’t even look at them. Sometimes fears happen, tremendous fears happen – the existential fears like fear of death, for example. They are very binding. Very, very, very binding. What happens when you die? Or the uncertainty connected to that, which means what happens after death and stuff like that.

Then another thing that happens during intense practice is that “I haven’t reached anywhere”. I didn’t reach. That’s an illusion. We don’t have to really worry about where we’ve reached. We just have to continue, and we’ll reach. If our intention is pure and our practice is clear, discipline is there; a determination is there, then we’ll reach where we have to reach. We don’t really have to worry about where we’ve reached, but this is the trap of the practice again.

Sensations are of various nature – sometimes you feel light, sometimes you feel heavy, sometimes you feel blissed out completely. You wouldn’t know where you sit, who you are, and all those kinds of things, so numerous types of sensations happen in the system. Some people have talked about orgasmic experiences; everything is possible. I mean, we can’t really put any of these sensations into a format. They all come and go in various practices.

Spiritual progress

I would only say, “Don’t get stuck. Ignore them.” That means let them come, let them go. You stay stable. Your focus should never be affected. Always stay focused. “Hey, this is not what I’m looking for.” A sensation has come; it was good – thank you. Move on. Keep moving – in a sense, keep continuing the practice. The practice structure, apart from any particular practice, it’s almost like a pyramid structure. This is my personal feeling, plus personal experience.

The first is that when you start practising something, there’ll be sensations, for sure, even when you do pranayams, the breathwork. Please understand that breath is not prana; prana travels through breath. Breath is the vehicle. Prana is the energy that travels through breath. So, when you do breathwork, you feel the expansion. This is natural. You feel light; you feel balanced – no anxiety, no fear.

But after a while, when you continuously do this, then there’s stagnation time. So, from sensation to stagnation. Stagnation time means the same activity is not producing the same result. Then comes a vacuum time where you’re practising the same thing, but there’s nothing happening.

You don’t know whether you’re doing the right thing. You wonder whether this is the right guru, whether there’s the right practice, or probably you are making a mistake. All those things can happen – illusion time, vacuum time.

If you still do the practice, then comes the bliss time – a time where you’re stable. So, the movement I would say is from Tamas (inertia), repetition and all those things and the fears and other things, to Rajas (action time, movement, action), and then you come to Satwa– which is hyper action, hyper movement, extreme action, but you don’t see the action. That means you are in extreme bliss mode.

Then comes the Gunatitha – beyond the guna state. Beyond the guna state, you’re completely a witness. You’re only witnessing the whole show. You don’t even connect to yourself. Your identity, your position, your possessions – nothing matters. Witnessing this whole life, already you’re detached from the existence then.

From that level, then a couple of steps backwards or going inside. One is the state of the feeling of Shakti – the energy part and then the soul part – the Shiva part. To that level, we grow, but in each state, we have sensations and experiences. The first two levels – physical level, body level, mind, intellect, ego level are all the sensations and these kinds of things. That’s the binding factor. After that, nothing binds you.

So, you’ve to crossover the mind, the body first, then the mind, mind-matter (mind, intellect, ego). Then comes a stage where you can’t be affected. That’s why I said the state where the mind collapses. So, that state, once attained, then you are not going backwards anymore. You can’t go backwards. It’s done.

Difference between contemplation and meditation

Nithya: Beautiful. Someone is asking, “Could you mention briefly about manana and meditation?” She is asking you a little bit more about the difference between meditation and contemplation?

Mohanji: Contemplation is understanding yourself, not connecting to you with opinions, such as criticism or judgment. Don’t ever criticize yourself; don’t judge yourself. Instead, accept yourself totally. In the state of acceptance, you are going into every aspect of you, every moment of your waking state, with full acceptance of yourself. I’m only talking about the waking state. Dream state you have no control. Deep sleep, you have no control.

Start looking at your own thought processes, your expressions, without attachment, zero attachment, just being a witness. But at the same time, once all these things come and go, there’s still that tiny bit of silence inside. Stay settled in that silence. But you should be like a butterfly sitting on a petal. Very sensitive, very, very gentle, very tender. Sit like that in that space of silence.

Then again, many winds will come, many, many thoughts will come, many expressions, opinions will come, everything will come. Just go back to that state of silence like a butterfly sitting on a petal of a flower. Just feel.

Then it’ll finally lead you to the state of meditation. Where are you meditating? The state that you’re sitting on – that’s the only meditation you have. The silence state where nothing is moving, nothing is happening. In that state, where you’re seated gently, without any weight, you are sitting on it, and at that state, you meditate on. That state becomes real to you. That’s your reality.

So, contemplation is like going within, through the myriad of various types of noises of the mind; go within, and you settle down in that tiny bit of silence amidst all these noises. But don’t go anywhere. Stay there so that contemplation enters meditation. I hope this is clear.

Nithya: Yes. Very helpful. There’s a question, which you kind of answered, but I’ll ask anyway. Namrata is asking, “How do we know you’re progressing? Because it seems like I’m forever stuck in my practice, and I’m getting demotivated.”

Mohanji: Very simple. Progressing means, you’ll be less affected by the things around you – that’s number one. It’s not indifference, but you’re not affected. You don’t get affected. “Okay, all these things are happening. Dogs are barking. Other things are happening, but I’m fine. I’m completely free from all this.“ So, that’s one.

Secondly, you’re not affected by anything inside you. It means you may have desires, thoughts, expressions, opinions, but you are not bound by them. You start becoming free. A clear sign of spiritual progress is inner freedom. Inner freedom doesn’t mean freedom for eating something or drinking something, or going somewhere.

Freedom simply means that you are free to be you – free to be you, completely. You’re not trying to imitate something. You’re not trying to compromise into something. You’re just your authentic personality, yourself. Plus, another thing you can really depend on is that you’ve no desire to conquer, capture or bind anything, no ownership. That’s a clear sign that you have transcended.

Ownership is an illusion. It’s a very, very big illusion that we own things, we own people, we own places. It’s a big illusion. We own nothing. We are here only for some time. If you live 80 years, it’s only 29,200 days – not a lot of days. We don’t own anything here. We don’t even own a name or fame, or even the body we don’t own. The illusion that we own a lot of things also will vanish. We own nothing. We are free; we own nothing. These kinds of things – the inner changes, only you will know; others won’t know.

While practising, you can use any practice, as the practice you said vipassana, you can do any practice. Every practice is good, but one practice consistently. The focus should be clear. What are you looking for? Looking for total peace, total silence. The outside world doesn’t affect you. The inside world doesn’t affect you. You feel unbound; you feel freedom.

These are signs that you have actually crossed over. Also, people, other people, may not accept you or understand you, but you need to allow them that freedom to not understand you. Some people may criticize you, judge you, compare you, even crucify you. You need to allow them to do that also. This is exactly how the world works. The world may not understand silence.

For me, I took many years of sincere practice to touch the realms of silence. And then I was told, “You should speak.” That was torture for me. I said, “No way.” I even asked the question when this message came to me, “Go out and speak.” I said, “Whom I will speak to? What will I speak? I don’t even know what I can speak.”

Because I have never learned Shruti, Smruti, Puranas, Upanishads, or Vedas, I don’t know any of these. I thought it was bizarre that I go and tell people, “Look here. Be you.” I thought that this wasn’t possible for me. But then, I was told, “People will come to you. Those who have eyes will see.”

But my problem has been those who do not have eyes are also seeing. That’s the problem. They try to crucify you for what you do because they don’t understand your freedom – the freedom you exist in because they always want you to walk within the boundaries that blind people have set.

Then what happens is that you are always a misfit anywhere. So instead of a mystic, you will be a mistake. So, all these things, but I’m not trying to scare you, but I what I mean to say is that the signs of spiritual progress have to be seen inside. No anxiety, no fear, no compulsive behaviour. All these are signs- many, many signs.

Nithya: Beautiful, maybe you need to take a breath; you’ve been speaking for so long.

Mohanji: No, I have a throat issue. (Asks for some hot water)

Nithya: Should we just, of course, there are many questions, but I just feel like sitting with you, even in silence, for a few minutes with you. Would that be a good idea?

Mohanji: Sure. Be on your spine; breathe through the spine as deeply as you can. Thank you.

(silence for a couple of minutes)

Is a Guru mandatory?

Nithya: Thank you. There are many questions. We are going to see. Experiencing God – is it intuitive totally, or does one need a path? Is a Guru mandatory?

Mohanji: Well, Guru is your aspiration of a state. Guru is not mandatory, but when we don’t know the direction or when we don’t have focus, or when our focus is getting distracted, then a person might come in handy because then you can focus on something – the state that the person has already achieved, accessed. That comes in handy.

Otherwise, it’s not mandatory. But I would say that the Guru’s role, every Guru’s role is to bring you to yourself. It’s like taking you home. Imagine you’ve lost your way. Somebody says, “I’ll take you home”, and brings you home. That’s the job of the Guru. After that, he has no role. Like our Guru or the teachers of our school helped us to graduate. So, like that, they take you there.

God is a permanent state. That state is from within. It’s not that you can find God’s state outside. We have unfortunately hooked God to a particular character, like a human character, where He becomes angry and upset, and He needs things and stuff. That’s where the illusion starts. But God is a state where you always feel the complete expansion, or you’re always in a state of expansion, beyond even this earth’s boundary.

So, that’s one of the aspects. Also, we should remember – most of the things, most of the practices, or what we normally get involved with, only connects to two aspects of our intellect. One is called the Shrudha Buddhi, which means what we assimilate from the world outside, like school, from society, from parents, what we heard and what we assimilated.

The second aspect of intellect is Yukta Buddhi, that is, the logical aspect, the logical mind – what we analyze and we find out. These are the two levels we operate, mostly. That’s why we don’t actually even perceive the level of God. The limitation is that we are limited to these two aspects of intellect. In the assimilation aspect, we collect from the outside world, from books, people, religion, or society.

The other aspect is the logical aspect – the analysis aspect. That’s what the scientists and all these people work on. Both are very, very binding, very controlling. A person operating on an intellectual aspect, as the logical aspect, never ever, I mean, they feel great. They never say that they are bound by anything. So, it’s almost like a prisoner being proud of his prison cell.

That state is very binding; it’s a trap. Then comes Ritambara Buddhi, the cosmic Consciousness; this part is never explored. Cosmic Consciousness is called Ritambara Buddhi – this cosmic Consciousness is the aspect that is completely connected to Supreme Consciousness, Supreme intellect, and once we reach that realm, and once we stabilize in that realm, then other things are below us, in a sense, they are not important.

Most of the great masters of the past, rishis and munis (i.e. sages), who invented various things, operated only from that level – Ritambara Buddhi, but they produced great ayurvedic medicines, yoga postures, all these things from that level. The person who wrote Kamasutra was a bachelor. See, everything is possible.

Which level are you operating from? That makes the difference here. We are not able to crossover from the first aspect, the assimilation mind, the logical mind, to the cosmic mind. This is where we are stuck. That’s why we are not able to perceive larger things.

When we start accessing ourselves through acceptance and awareness (two pillars – acceptance and awareness), being aware all the time, you should stop being judgmental, stop criticizing, stop comparing. Comparison is absolute stupidity. We can’t compare ourselves with others. We are all unique creations. That has to be accepted. No competition.

Competition is a dirty word in spirituality, competition, an imitation. These are all things that are very terrestrial. The moment you start going beyond, then the God aspect is the only aspect, so you don’t have to search for God. That’s the only thing you have.

I hope I’ve answered that question. If I confused you, I’m very sorry about it. But the idea is that a person who has already reached that realm could be a good guide for you because he knows how to go there or how to reach there. But you know, we have some masters like Tapovan Maharaj. He never gave sanyas (sainthood) to anybody. He taught many people, but he never gave sanyas because he was too conservative for that, or probably he never believed in that.

A state can be attained, and once you attain the state, the corresponding things will come to you. That’s probably what he meant. I believe so. You got to attain the state, and the rest follows. For example, you became a CEO. All the perks connected to that position will come to you. Your job is to attain that position. For that, you need acceptance also. I hope I’ve answered this question.

Shaktipat gives a dimensional shift

Nithya: Yes. Neelima is asking about Shaktipat. “How does the seeker know if he or she is ready for a Shaktipat Deeksha (initiation)? How does it change the course of seeking?” For those who don’t know what Shaktipat is, if I’m correct, Mohanji, it’s the act of grace or a transfer of energy by a master or maybe even a deity perhaps. So, you can answer about Shaktipat.

Mohanji: Shaktipat is the activation of Shakti within you, which is basically Kundalini Shakti. Kundalini Shakti is connected to ether aspect. A true master will definitely know where you stand. He’ll see whether it’s okay to activate your energy so that it gives you a dimensional shift. Shaktipat gives you a dimensional shift.

But I do not recommend it usually because there are so many courses and paid programs where they activate your Shakti aspect, but many are immature. I feel so. I’m nobody to judge anybody. But I’ve seen some people suffering afterwards. You’ll not suffer. If it’s a true guru, and a true activation happens, and the guru knows very well what he’s doing and why he is doing it, and the person is eligible, then there’ll be no harm. It’ll be a beautiful experience.

But on YouTube also you can see some videos. People are fretting, and foam is coming out of the mouth, and stuff like that. It looks terrible. That’s a sign of blockages. Activation has happened, but it hasn’t moved.

I don’t like to talk about chakras and aura etc., because these are all too elementary. We shouldn’t get stuck there. The possibility of Shakti to move is that scientifically it says it breaks certain Grandhis (junctions), like Brahma Grandhi. When Kundalini Shakti starts moving, first it breaks Brahma Grandhi and then goes to Muladhara chakra, then Swadisthana chakra, then Vishnu Grandhi. Then it goes up and then crosses the fire, which is the solar plexus. Then it goes further and bursts or breaks Rudra Grandhi, and then it reaches the third eye. That’s the only thing you can do through your practices.

From the third eye, there are platforms, or you can call them like your highway inns, like Bindu, Bodhini, Kailas, Nada, Kala and then Sahasrara. The Bindu area – the back is the receptor, but here it’s not exactly on the top of the skin. It’s a different equation, and it’s a part of the Sushumna experience. I’m not explaining this in detail because I don’t want you to get stuck there. On the Bindu side, the energy starts conglomerating. Bodhini is where it explodes, and then Kailas is where it becomes still – stabilizes.

Then it’s ecstasy – Nada, Kala and then Sahasrara. So, this state can happen when a real master gives you that experience. But I’ll never recommend the experimental thing of Shaktipat. For me, I deliver Shaktipat, but mine is simply alignment. What I do is through the third eye, which is a seat of 72,000 Nadis (nerves) – not in the skin, it’s actually slightly inside.

So, 72,000 Nadis, Ida, Pingala, the sun, and the moon all come together, where I go through this, and I cleanse the whole path as much as I can as per the state of the person. This helps them in their practices. Mine is not activation; mine is alignment. There’s a difference here.

Shaktipat definitely means activation of Shakti. But for that, you got to go to a master who is completely clear or very sure about what he does. Otherwise, illusions happen. If it goes in different directions, it can give hallucinations, illusions, eccentricities, and also it can sometimes cause much harm to the whole system.

I’ll never recommend this. I like everything organic and natural because then every state is stable like you go to first class, second class, third class, so that it progresses. As I said, our life is not starting from our birth and ending in our death. It’s a continuous flow in which one birth and one death and after death, one birth, and again death. This is a spontaneous thing. The flow is through this, not with one body. The moment you understand it’s the flow, and this is one of those bodies that we have now, the whole story becomes clear.

There’s no agenda to be kept. All you’ve to do is to make sure the system is purified. That means you’ve to practise ahimsa (non-violence), compassion, kindness, selflessness, perfect awareness that you’re just a tourist here and also acceptance – perfect acceptance. This’ll purify your system.

The moment your whole system is purified, Shakti automatically rises. The nature of Shakti is to rise, just like the nature of water is to evaporate and go high. You don’t have to really ask the water to go up. That’s its nature. When it boils, it evaporates; it has to rise. Shakti has to rise. And the right path is Sushumna – the central Nadi.

When you’re not pushing it, when you’re just doing whatever is sufficient for the Kundalini to move, it’ll happen. It has to happen sooner or later. So again, nothing stops in this life. Whatever you stopped in the last life, you’ve continued in this life; it’ll continue. This body is just one of those bodies. This awareness is enough for that practice to continue.

Nithya: Beautiful. I’d like to ask a question on behalf of our entire Sangha. We’ve been practising some mantras. We’ve been chanting Tara Mantra, Avalokateshwara Mantra. A few mantras have come up. This has all quite organically happened. There was no curriculum set as such. (Mentions a mantra’s name). We’ve been doing Vajrasattva. A lot of them are Buddhist mantras (mentions a few more mantras).

We’ve given people the option of chanting one or more of these mantras. Some of them regularly chant every day. That’s one practice we do. Another practice we do is Bodhichitta practice, which is also a practice of active compassion, where you sense that whatever you’re experiencing is on behalf of all sentient beings and may it be for the benefit of all sentient beings.

Also, we do simple meditation sitting quietly, some contemplation, also some reading and some reflecting together on reading. We use some affirmations like “May I be a channel of blessings”, etc. These’ve been some of the main practices that we’ve been recommending.

Don’t compromise until you reach God

As you’re tuning into our group and our collective consciousness, what would you like to suggest to us in terms of practices?

Mohanji: I think I’ve nothing much to suggest because actually, you’re giving options to people to choose what suits them. I think that’s the right thing to do because one method may not suit everybody. And one method that suits everybody is self-acceptance, self-respect, self-love. That’s essential. Then other practices are just like a boat to cross the river. But here, you got to accept yourself and respect yourself. Love yourself.

I don’t really have any practice to recommend. Whatever suits is good for you, but as a person, I would say – don’t compromise until you reach God. Don’t compromise because it’s not worth it. Patterns are not worth it. It’s the same thing we are doing every time, every lifetime. Here we have a chance of understanding that there’s a higher possibility. Get there. This life is important in that way.

Leaving the body, importance of acceptance and forgiving

Nithya: I just feel like asking one more question on behalf of one of the members of our group without naming him. He’s been diagnosed with cancer. When the doctors tried to say, “You only have so much time to live”, he’s not been given that much time even though he’s trying alternative therapies. So, he’s been in touch with me, telling me that he has been meditating and doing some chanting, and he has good days and bad days and difficult days dealing with not only his own physical state but the emotions of people around him. So, for someone who is going through something like that, would you offer any light?

Mohanji: Well, physical conditions are the last of the expressions that have happened in the other layers before. Any situation, like even great masters, had cancer – Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa and Ramana Maharshi. Most of them, they’ve collected from society.

Here, either we’ve collected from somewhere, or we’ve suppressed something. That’s the cause of any of these ailments. What we need to do is to practice completely forgiving things. Practice forgiveness consciously. It’s a good practice and also accept. Forgiveness and acceptance – so that it doesn’t transcend to other lifetimes.

One is that – inevitability of leaving the body, which is not a tragedy for me. I always say that leaving the body of a life is not at all a tragedy. It’s an inevitability. How long we live, we don’t know. Through disease or in some way, we’ve to die. That’s not a tragedy. You don’t have to really pay a lot of attention to leaving.

But at the same time, how we leave is very important. We should leave empty – no regrets, no guilt, completely forgiven, very peaceful. This is what is very important. (Mohanji refers to a line in Sanskrit, which means a smooth transition.) This is very important, for which acceptance is important; forgiveness is important. As a method of treatment, autophagy, i.e. controlled eating, is also very good for cancer because cancer cells thrive on food.

When food is controlled or restricted, it automatically starts reversing. This is actually a very good method, but I don’t know how advanced this is. For very advanced situations, there’s nothing much you can do. But acceptance we can have, forgiveness, and also once the situation is accepted, the transition is easy.

The last of the thoughts at the time of death becomes your reality or the major theme in the next life. The thoughts should be progressive, regenerative level, fully accepted, “This is fine. This body is going. I’m free.” Freedom and all those things and connecting to God are very, very important. The Sanyas aspect – Sanyas means not leaving things but connecting to the Supreme Consciousness all the time. And that has no pain; there’s no suffering, there’s no decay, it’s immortal. So those states are very important. Once that happens, it’s a smooth transition. This is what I feel.

Nithya: Very powerful. I don’t know if you’re able to open the chat window. There are so many questions. I’ll just let you intuitively choose which one you’d like to answer. There are a few other questions that I haven’t asked you yet. Just decide what you would like to answer.

Gratitude for maintaining a balanced and grounded life

Mohanji: Question: How do you maintain a balance while you’re spiritually growing? One also needs to be grounded and balanced.

Mohanji’s answer: That’s very simple. Gratitude. Always be grateful. Just understand that everything in life is phases. Like when we were five-year-old at some time. Then later 20,30, 40,50. All these are phases. Nothing is finite in itself.

You understand that spiritual growth and other things you should never segregate. It’s all one growth. We are growing in consciousness. We are growing physically or growing old. It’s all fine. They are all part of the show. Don’t worry about all of them. But have immense gratitude for every moment.

And please remember, I always like to tell people, “Live as if there’s no tomorrow” so that you start enjoying it, experiencing every day, every moment, every relationship. We value them, we accept them, we love them. There’s nothing called failure or mistake or something. It’s all experiences. This is important to know. Don’t make it too complicated. Also, please remember that there are no rehearsals in life; you just have to go for the first take.

Mohanji reading the next question: Where can we listen more to Mohanji, any platforms?

Answer: I think the website is better. But where are those questions?

Nithya: I love how you can’t find the questions.

Mohanji: It still keeps coming – how do you balance life?

Doubts and fears on God’s path

Nithya: Ok, let me see. Is it possible to be on God’s path but still have doubts and fears?

Mohanji: Doubts and fears will vanish. Doubts and fears are only at the mind level. They completely vanish because the roots of doubts are illusions. There’s a saying which I always like, “Devil or evil uses the key of doubt to enter a mind. Once entered, then it uses the mind as its chariot.” It’s true.

See, the thing is that even in our practices, sometimes we doubt them. But how did we get that practice? That itself is like doubting the teacher who’ll teach you in a school. There’s no point in doubting them because that’s a teacher who came to you. Doubt is an illusion. The other side is being grateful for what has come. Being grateful can wipe away doubts. But being in the path of God, nothing else matters.

Doubts are from the mind. Criticism, judgment, comparison, competition, imitations – they’re all the mind’s products. The mind has nothing to do with God. The mind cannot even understand God first of all. This is to be completely clear about it.

Nithya: Let me ask: “Shiva happens to you. People happen to you.” Please elaborate. What does it mean?

Mohanji: Well, everything about life – if you look at the whole situation from our birth, or when you started knowing about life until now. For example, before birth, where were we? We don’t know. After death, what’ll happen, we don’t know. Yesterday why did certain things happen? We don’t know. Tomorrow what’ll happen? We don’t know. So, life is a continuous flow of happenings. They are continuously happening. In this happening, all you can do is be there at that time when things are happening. That becomes your great experience.

When we hide experiences or run away from experiences, all that remains would be regrets. So, what we need to do is that just understand life is happening. In this happening, sometimes people come. They stay. Sometimes they don’t stay. Sometimes people come and go; sometimes people create happiness. Sometimes they create pain. All are part of this existence. Nothing is forever; nothing is permanent.

This is the beauty of this whole thing that nothing is permanent. That if you really understand, you’ll be enjoying each moment, every relationship. You’ll start liking experiences, “Oh, this is happening. It’s wonderful.” So, there’ll be a kind of wonder in your life. That’ll always keep you youthful. You’ll be young all the time like Nithya Shanti.

Nithya: I really liked what you said about our mind as either assimilating or using logic. And really, we’ve to penetrate into that Ritambara state where it’s coming intuitively. While there are many questions, I feel the real benefit will be if we again sit in silence with you for a few minutes. Just let that whatever questions you all asked, let’s try to get the answer through that silent state.

Mohanji: Nithya, the Ritambara Buddhi – The path is awareness. The path to the cosmic Consciousness is awareness, the rope or the ladder. When you’re constantly being aware, rather than involved – getting involved in things as a mind or being aware of something as a Consciousness, these are your options in everyday life, right? So, being aware constantly of everything around you without really interfering or indulging takes you to the cosmic Consciousness level. So, the pathway to cosmic Consciousness is awareness.

Nithya: So, suppose there are ten unanswered questions or 20 or whatever, then each of these people if they have that question in their heart, how can they use awareness to find an intuitive answer to that?

Mohanji: Connecting to me in my Consciousness, you’ll definitely get answers because answers will dawn into you when the questions are sharp enough. If questions are opinions, you may not get any answer because you’re already prejudiced about it, right? But if there’s a genuine question, the answer has to happen, and that’ll come as clarity.

Nithya: Should we sit in silence for a few more minutes before we end the call?

Mohanji: Yes, sure. And you tell me when it’s done. But connect to your spine, and then you can connect to me better. Also, please remember when you connect to your spine spontaneously, your awareness will be here – the third eye. You’ll feel that, but if you connect to the third eye, then you’ll probably be stuck there. Automatically, you don’t have to do anything. Automatically you’ll be connected there. So, it’s much easier.

(Silence for a few minutes)

Nithya: We are coming to the last minutes of our practice. We invite everyone to take a few deep breaths. Whenever you are ready, you can slowly open your eyes. Mohanji, if someone wants an answer to this question about the alignment you spoke about, if someone wants to connect with you, how can someone be eligible to do it? Do they have to do some practice?

Purpose

Mohanji: No, no. See, alignment simply means our body is always aligned in that way. When does the body not get aligned? When the mind interferes. When we become erratic when we are emotional, that’s when the body starts reacting, or our body is affected. But the body is usually aligned, and the body talks to you through feelings.

The mind is not aligned. The mind is usually stuck with events of the past; anxiety over the future. So, the mind has to be aligned. Intellect, which is the processor for information, is usually not aligned because it’s sometimes very hungry. The intellect wants more and more and more feed, and that becomes obese. A fat intellect is always a burden. You know, that information you need more and more for it, it needs a lot of food.

Then ego, the personality matter, which includes comparisons and competitions and possessions, is also not aligned. So, what you need to align is to one point, through purpose. I mean, the purpose is a really powerful tool for aligning the mind, intellect, and ego to purpose. The purpose should be a larger purpose, a purpose for connecting with God or realizing God, or realizing yourself, whatever – self -realization. So, connecting to that level, you have to become one unit.

Acceptance and awareness as a lifestyle

If your mind is scattered, intellect is scattered, ego is scattered, then you can’t realize God or realize the self. For that, you need to be aligned. That’s why I said awareness is very good and acceptance also. There are two methods – acceptance and awareness. It’s a lifestyle. It’s not just a practice. It has to be a lifestyle.

The second is connecting to somebody who’s already aligned. This is a good idea, but it need not be a person living; it can be anybody. It can be Buddha; it can be people who have already aligned. As a role model, you can connect to that. Then, once your body, mind, intellect, ego are all together, then spontaneously, you’ll start experiencing that lightness of being.

Also, detachment from the world outside because you’re completely inside. Whatever happens with the world outside, it will not touch you deeply enough or touch you too seriously. These are signs. Connecting to me is very easy, actually. I am a frequency, and this frequency is always available. But I would like to say, connect to you. That’s more important.

Connecting to me as an outside being is easy. But when do you see me? When do you see Nithya Shanti? Only when you’re awake and when you are aware. But what about you? You’re always awake and always aware to you. So, connecting with you has much more value than connecting with anybody outside, for that matter. All the people outside, all the beings outside, are only as per what you are.

See, you can connect to somebody only as how you are. So, probably our connection itself is partial or incomplete. Connection with you has to be perfected. That has to be a waking state exercise: acceptance (complete acceptance), self-respect (total respect), and self-love (complete love) to the level where it’s become unconditional towards the world. So, if this is happening, then automatically, you’ll start getting a liberating feeling. You’ll have freedom from within, a liberated existence. That’s a clear sign that you are progressing.

Nithya: Beautiful. Thank you, Mohanji, for your valuable time and even though you had a cough and you weren’t at the best of your health.

Mohanji: I didn’t cough much. I am joking. Thank you.

Nithya: We would like to reach out to you separately and ask you because I know you’re humanitarian and you are involved in many projects. So, I’ll separately reach out to Christopher and to you and ask you which of your projects we as a Sangha can contribute towards. Then I’ll ask my Sangha whatever they feel like contributing.

Mohanji: Sure, also don’t hesitate if I can be of any assistance. It’s all a collaboration for something larger.

Nithya: Wherever you’re starting your place in Croatia and Serbia, we are all landing up.

Mohanji: We have some space already. We have some land in Australia now. Four hours from Perth. Now I am looking for a base in Europe. We already have some space in Canada, Toronto.

Nithya: Oh, wonderful.

Mohanji: And South Africa in Durban.

Nithya: Alright, so we just have to follow you, your tale wherever you’re going, and we land in all these beautiful places.

Mohanji: I hope to do these things. I like people staying and practising because the thing is that consistency is very important for any level of achievement or spiritual stuff. We need to be very consistent. So, when it’s public places and movements, sometimes consistency is affected. And like I told you earlier, people fall for sensations like, “I had a great experience. I just spoke to Jesus; I spoke to Krishna” – these kinds of things.

I like to bring people to reality, rather. Otherwise, we’re wasting each other’s time, right? So, I always say, “You’ve got to marry consciousness, not the person or the personality.” We are all married to personality, but we should marry the consciousness. Everybody should do that. I actually have spaces because of this matter, like a consistent practice, where people can evolve in their speed, their pace, in their practice. So that’s the point.

Nithya: Wonderful. I’ve always felt an alignment with you, Mohanji. I think it’s really powerful to hear you. I think a lot of people here have received a lot energetically and, of course, through your powerful words. Ravindra, I’ll share the website. Mohanji, what is your website very briefly?

Mohanji: mohanji.org

Nithya: mohanji.org is the website. You’ll find his videos on YouTube and many other places.

Mohanji: There are some videos on YouTube.

Nithya: Yes. So, I’ll also take from Christopher some other links and things he would like to offer us and I’ll share them.

Thank you so much.

Transcribed by Nada Raković
Proofread by Yogesh Pandit

Light Body Activation – With Mohanji Nithya Shanti: A very warm welcome to Mohanji and to everybody from ‘The Rainbow Body Sangha’, as well as everybody who’s joining us on YouTube.
