Chief guests, Mr Arvind Inamdar (ex-DGP, Maharashtra) and Mr. Pankuj Parashar (film director), spoke about what spirituality means to them and their own spiritual journey. Brahmarishii Mohanji’s presence was strongly felt in the room, though He was physically so far away.

“Kriya Yoga: Through Breath to Light”, is a compilation of testimonials from practitioners of Consciousness Kriya, as taught by Mohanji, from all over the world.

During the launch both Mr. Arvind Inamdar and Mr. Pankaj Parashar spoke about their own spiritual journey and what it means to them. Consciousness Kriya is a sacred technique offered by Mohanji, for the purpose of guiding people to liberation from the endless cycle of life and death.

Brahmarishi Mohanji also launched the book on the Prana Pratishtha day at Mohanji Dattatapovan Ashram in Canada.

On Kriya, Mohanji’s says, “Kriya helps you to align yourself so that you are able to transcend from noises in your mind to perfect silence, which is your true nature.”

Over the last four years, hundreds of people from around the world have been practicing Consciousness Kriya and have had life-altering transformations. Some excerpts from the book:

“My regular practice of Kriya has increased the depth and acceleration of release from false identifications. Now all identities are quickly and magically dissolving, beyond the remnants of fussing mentality” – Matthew Sells, USA.

“As I started practicing regularly, my intuition became sharper. I became more aware of energy, places, vibrations. It is easier to read people and take decisions now.” – Don Lim, Malaysia.
