The Rhythm of Prana: A Joyous Journey with Devi Mohan

A unique and holistic approach to enhance mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being in the rhythm of conscious dancing.

Rooted in ancient wisdom and modern practices, this program aims to harmonize and align the body’s energy centres, known as chakras, promoting balance and inner peace.

Conscious Dancing:

Participants engage in purposeful, free-form dance sessions guided by uplifting music. The emphasis is on connecting with one’s body, expressing emotions through movement, and fostering a mindful connection with the present moment. Each movement is designed to activate specific chakras, encouraging the release of blocked energy and promoting a sense of liberation.

Meditation:

The program incorporates guided meditation sessions.

Participants are led through a journey of self-discovery, promoting awareness of energy flow. Meditation helps participants to connect with their inner selves and understand the subtle nuances of their energetic landscape.

Vegan snacks will be provided to all participants before we start the satsang/Discussion.

Satsang/Discussion:

You will get an opportunity to ask Devi Mohan questions about the program. Also, recently, Devi Mohan wrote an autobiography, ‘Home for a Refugee’. This is Devi Mohan’s intimate and rousing account of her heart’s journey Home to divine union with her beloved Guru and husband, Mohanji. You are most welcome to buy her book on that day and can get it signed by her.
