Consciousness Kriya (CK) is a powerful technique. You can experience lightness and more inner freedom if you practice Consciousness Kriya daily. The Technique

CK is a set of techniques that combines controlled breathing sequences (pranayama), mantras, and visualisation. Mohanji initiates people into the practice, and the technique is taught by one of our trained Kriya practitioners.
