I hereby agree that Mohanji, Mohanji International Sarl, any of the people or venues associated with Mohanji shall not be responsible for any of the possible consequences related to the attendance to the online program. I hereby agree Mohanji, Mohanji International Sarl, including all organizers and assistants associated with Mohanji International Sarl will not be held responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever and I waive all rights to compensation in case of injury or loss. *

I understand that contributions are not refundable and registrations are non-transferable. I understand that any last minute cancellation or any cancellation once the online program starts is not refundable. Likewise, any changes in the schedule of the online program by the Mohanji International Sarl will be notified in advance. In case of cancellation of the online program due to any causes which are beyond the reasonable control, including natural disasters like, floods, fire, tempest, or conditions caused by men, like war, revolutions etc; the fee associated with the online program will not be refundable. *
