Five meditations

There are five meditations, channeled by Mohanji, which have been translated into many world languages. Meditations are also an essential part of almost all our Acharya programs.

Like the physical body, if inner space is not taken care of, it may lead to various diseases and afflictions. The aim of meditation is to bring about deep inner cleansing which helps the practitioners to open up to ‘receive’ and ‘give’ love completely and enjoy the present moment with intensity, by shedding the negative impressions in the subconscious mind.

We meditate to go within ourselves. To go beyond the senses. We use the same mind, which usually travels with our senses into the external world, to go within and to find our origin, truth or soul. Peace and happiness exist there.”

Power of Purity
meditation​

Through the release of accumulated negative emotions and blockages, this meditation brings about the feelings of calmness and positivity.  It focuses on gratitude, self-acceptance and a sense of inner peace. Practising this meditation regularly brings increased stability and better mental health.

This meditation develops our higher awareness by training us to become more rooted in our spine. When we shift our awareness to the spine and to the 360 degrees, the impact of the events in our daily life will be greatly reduced. We are able to maintain equanimity with deep gratitude and with the awareness that nothing happens by accident. Practicing to maintain that awareness helps us shift to that level easily and at will, facilitating our spiritual evolution.

Bliss of Silence

Practicing this meditation regularly brings the focus from external distractions to the inner space.In Mohanji’s words, “Through this meditation, you enter into a zone which is totally empty, where there is nothing. Total emptiness. No thoughts. When the lungs are very peaceful and silent, the system becomes silent.”

This simple, yet deeply profound meditation gives us the opportunity to experience the feeling of containing the entire universe within ourselves. In simple terms, it allows the meditator to relax the body and alleviate the acute anxiety and tension. This meditation brings increased positivity, empathy, self-esteem, and self-acceptance.
