Half-day and full-day programs

Retreats
Say hello to the new you! Spend anywhere between three to eight days far from the daily noises - connect deeply to yourself. Programs for children
Plant the seeds of positivity in children's lives from a young age. Teach them love, kindness, compassion and non-violence. Our programs have been specially designed for children (kids yoga, meditation for kids, workshops and storytelling). Children will not only have fun during these programs, but also become more stable and powerful citizens of this world!
Programs for elderly people
Elderly people also need love and a hand to hold, besides the special care. We should treat them with huge respect. Through our programs, not only will they experience inner cleansing through meditation, but also combat loneliness and open their hearts, talking with our warm hearted Acharyas.
Program for sports people
Success in sports requires focus, determination and discipline. It is well known that practices such as yoga, meditation, breathing techniques help to concentrate and achieve success by calming the mind and also changing the mindset. Well guided by our Acharyas, these programs will help sportspeople achieve inner peace and balance, which is the primary step for any goal!

Programs for those in recovery from alcoholism or an addiction
Conscious Recovery Meditation Meeting is a meditation meeting open to all those in recovery from alcoholism or an addiction. These meetings include anyone who acknowledges that their overuse or overindulgence of any substance and/or behavior interferes with their ability to live our common purpose. CRM meetings are especially helpful for anyone with accompanying anxiety and depression issues.

Apart from intellectual knowledge from books, students also need to learn how to deal with life. These programs are designed to help them learn how to handle emotions, stress, anxieties, have more concentration and focus, become more stable and lead a positive and purposeful life.
