Who is a Mohanji Acharya?
A Mohanji Acharya is someone who has deeply connected with Mohanji’s teachings and is committed to selfless service and spiritual upliftment. Acharyas play a vital role in spreading awareness, conducting transformative programs, and inspiring people to live in alignment with higher values. They uphold Mohanji’s mission of spreading purity, non-violence, and selflessness across the world.
Acharyas:
- Â Lead and facilitate workshops, spiritual gatherings, and self-development sessions.
- Offer guidance to those seeking clarity and inner peace.
- Uplift communities by engaging in selfless service (seva) and humanitarian activities.
- Live by example, demonstrating integrity, compassion, and stability.
Who Can Apply?
Anyone who resonates with Mohanji’s teachings, has a genuine desire to serve others, and is committed to self-transformation can apply to become an Acharya. Candidates should:
- Be aligned with Mohanji’s values and teachings.
- Demonstrate inner stability, selflessness, and responsibility.
- Have a strong inclination to guide, inspire, and uplift others.
- Be willing to dedicate time to learning, practicing, and sharing Mohanji’s philosophy.
Training
Selected candidates will undergo structured training provided by the Mohanji Foundation Acharya Board. The training covers:
- Deep understanding of Mohanji’s teachings and philosophy.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Guidance on conducting programs such as meditations, workshops, and spiritual discussions.
- Ethical responsibilities of an Acharya, ensuring they represent the mission with purity and sincerity.
Upon successful completion, candidates will be certified as Mohanji Acharyas and empowered to serve their communities.

The Mohanji Foundation Sri Lanka assists interested individuals by:
- Providing information & guidance on the application process.
- Offering support in local languages to ensure accessibility.
- Connecting applicants with the Mohanji Foundation Acharya Board for training and mentorship.
