“I needed someone to give me answers.”

Newsletter Team: I have three main questions I want to ask you both.

The first question I had was: How did you guys meet Mohanji? How did you get to know him?

And the second question would be: What made you come and join him as an assistant (Milica) and as his official photographer (Thea)? What has your experience been so far?

And the third question is: What has changed in you before you started this and after?

Personally, since I saw you both last year, I can see changes.

Milica: I honestly think people see that more than us.

Thea: Usually, people see these changes in us more than ourselves because there’s a gap in time. We are always with ourselves and can’t see those changes right away.

Milica: And then, someone tells us you: ‘you have changed!’. I’m like, really?? 😊

Newsletter Team: I can see more confidence in you both compared to last year when you were here. So back to the first question, how did you guys meet? Thea, you can go first.

Thea: I met Mohanji in 2016. I was 22 years old. Several years prior to that my only wish that was always there was that I needed someone to give me answers about various experiences. When I was 17, I had an awakening experience that I didn’t know was an awakening at that time, but I learned that later. Basically, the world had categorized this experience as a psychiatric case. I saw a psychiatrist and I was prescribed medicines that I started taking. It was very bad. Much later, I came to find out that what I experienced then was the Kundalini awakening but a bit premature in time. When this awakening happened, it was quite traumatic. But this awakened something in me anyway, and I knew there was something more to life than just the regular stuff. And this thing was always in my mind, and I couldn’t resign myself to think that I was crazy then and I needed someone to give me answers. But whenever I met someone (for answers), there would be a limit to their knowledge. At one point I started going to yoga classes and reading a lot of books to find the answers I was looking for. But there was always a limit. I couldn’t find anything that would give me satisfaction, intellectually or otherwise.

And in late 2015, when I was in a really bad shape, someone suggested I go to a group meditation and it happened to be Mohanji’s Power of Purity (PoP) meditation in Belgrade, in Serbia. After that meditation, I instantly felt good. I didn’t have any sensation or something, but I just felt a deep sense of peace and calm and a feeling that from now on, ‘don’t worry, everything will be fine’. And I started going to these meditations whenever they were happening first, starting once a week, and then twice a week. And Mohanji had a retreat few months after that, which I attended and met him there. I had my questions answered and then I continued hanging around as much as I could whenever I had the chance. And this, over time, evolved into me being here today as his photographer.

Milica: I always like listening to Thea’s story. As for me, I met Mohanji in 2017 through a friend when I attended a retreat. What went on in my life before that? I always remember that since I was a kid, a very small child, weird things were going on in my mind. I was having questions such as Why am I Alive and What is Happening and Where am I going? And then of course, parents try to explain. OK, you do this, you do that; you go to school. Just the regular things of life, which somehow made me always sad. I was like, ‘This is so depressing’. I was never suicidal in that sense, but I was always like what is the whole point? So, I finish this, and then I finish this, and then I finish this and then I die, and I go to the ground. That made me physically sick.

Mentally, I was unstable because it didn’t resonate with anything that was going on around me. It wasn’t like something horrible was constantly happening in my life; nothing like that.  Even in my happiest days, like when everything was going on fine, I had a good job, good relationships, everything is fine, there’s always something in the back of my head: this is it?? Like, there’s nothing more? Is this life? And like this for the next 60-70 more years? This is so sad! And you can’t explain that to people; It would feel ungrateful. So, there was always some inclination towards understanding more. I was reading about souls, about the universe, about what’s happening, about reincarnation, etc. just to understand more about life. But there was no one who could explain this to me (satisfactorily). I talked a little bit with my dad, but not, of course, to this extent like Mohanji, who understands everything.

So finally, when I first met him and attended the first Satsang, everything just made sense! It was like, OK, that’s it! <laughs> He has the answers, He says the right things. I don’t feel like I’m crazy anymore because when you speak about how you feel about these things to other people in the society, they are usually like: what’s wrong with you? <laughs!> Nothing is wrong with me. Everything is fine and it’s going to be OK.

I think that was the first feeling that I also felt like: OK, everything’s going to be alright!

And step by step I became part of a few platforms, volunteering, and not until recently, I personally served him. Two years ago I joined his office, and I resigned from my (other) job 14-15 months ago. And, probably, ‘why’, is the question. Because, honestly, nothing else made sense.  I was looking at it as, OK, I have an opportunity to be with a Master that is a ‘once in a many lifetimes’ opportunity to serve him and to be around him no matter how long that lasts. We never know, right? But if I lose this, I know I’m probably going to regret it forever if I don’t try.

Newsletter Team: So, did you volunteer for it or were you asked?

Milica: No, we were never asked. We volunteered and expressed our wish: ‘I would like to serve you’. And when the intent is honest, when the love is there, when the connection is there, it always happens. Many people are given the opportunity to serve and depending on their capacity, their life and all of that.

Thea: I think there is also the eligibility factor. Many people wonder how come these people are there. Yeah, you can see sometimes the way he speaks to some people, He says it himself, he’s very stern; but he will not necessarily push them away. But the Tradition, won’t let these people come closer, because their karma doesn’t allow them, maybe, to serve him physically or be too close. Or maybe, they betrayed him badly before him. They just don’t have the ticket.

For some people, like for us, it just happened naturally, smoothly. It’s like the pieces came together so easily, so easily. OK, we expressed the desire and it happened. Some other people also express the desire, but it doesn’t happen because there is always this eligibility factor.

Milica: But it doesn’t mean that those who are serving him now, we are something so great and super amazing, and none of that. At this point, everything aligned for us for that to happen. Many, many lifetimes probably be done, all horrible things. And He has said many times that all of us who are close to him now, even the majority of people who meet him in this life, had betrayed him one way or the other (in past lifetimes). So, we all have that awareness; this is our redemption or however you want to take it. That’s up to each person.

Nothing like, ‘OK, I’m great. And that person over there is not great’. No, it’s just your personal story at this point in time. Many times, people wonder ‘why I can’t do it’ (volunteer close to Mohanji)?. It will definitely happen if you’re eligible for that. If your wish is really sincere, without expectation. If the love is there then it’ll definitely happen. He never refused anyone. That doesn’t happen.

Newsletter Team: Now I remember Mohanji saying that it’s not easy for people around him because there’s a lot of heat. There’s unpredictability, and no Tamasic behavior is allowed.

Milica: Heat and hit! <laughs>. Yes, definitely. That’s basically the explanation – Heat and Hit. There’s no relaxation.

Thea: You’re always on your toes. And we spoke also with different people who lived with him or with other masters who work in a similar way. It’s like there’s no winning. You can’t win this game. Even when you think ‘for once I did everything right’, there’ll always be something.

Milica: Whatever He tells you to do, simple and easy things in a day – for example, he says ‘I’d like to get this done this way – you do it’.

So, you do it, and say to him: ‘Father this is done!’.

He’s like: ‘This is done completely wrong!’.

‘But you told me to do it like this’.

He goes: ‘No, I don’t like it.’

It’s just to mess up with your mind, your expectations, and your complete wiring. He tells you go left, then you go left. And he’s like: turn right! You are completely in a state of confusion and knowing nothing, which eventually leads to, after months and months, a realization that, ‘Oh! Wow! I’m so flexible’. I can live with anything, being in USA, in India, then in Costa Rica, then other parts of the world, and I am like: ‘I’m fine’.

Thea: This reminded me of that story with Chris. Milica, please do you want to share? <laughs>

Milica: That’s one of my favorite stories. Christopher Greenwood is his Executive Assistant. We were in Slovenia, and we were having dinner. And Chris was not eating much. He usually doesn’t eat much, and Father told him: ‘Why are you not eating? Put one more plate and eat. Or else you’re gonna be hungry’. OK, you listen, you obey what He says. There’s a reason. So, Chris ate one more plate.

Thea: And then after lunch, Mohanji asked Chris about some work whether it has been finished or not. After hearing an unsatisfactory answer from Chris, Father looked at him and started scolding him with a strict voice: ‘You are lazy. You ate too much, again. You keep eating and then you do nothing.’

I was like: Oh my God. He just told him to eat. <laughs>

Milica: He got scolded for eating again. It all happens in 5 mins.  Another time, He said: ‘You sit and you don’t understand anything’. And Chris is fine at that point; he was already here for 6-9 months, so he’s like: OK, I know what’s happening. It is fine. Bring it on!

We are like what we’re supposed to do? Nothing – just do what he says. He knows what he’s doing. That’s the best mantra for all. Believe (& know) that he knows absolutely what he’s doing.

Thea: My experience is that even when you know that it’s happening, even when you tell yourself: ‘OK, I know how this works. I’ve been here already first; several months. I’ll take it next time. Bring it on it. I’ll take it. I don’t mind my ego. I mean, it’s just an ego game’. But then even if you know, he hits you (figuratively) where you don’t see it’s coming.

Milica: Your blind spot.

Thea: You know it’s happening. You know what’s happening. You know, it’s the reaction inside you, but you cannot help it.

Milica: But the thing is, even when he scolds you or if he is strict, you always feel love. If someone else said something like that to you in your life, you’ll probably take it much worse than this. Even when he’s like that, you always feel love; it’s a completely different vibration. So, he’s just kicking you in that moment because something is happening for your benefit but he doesn’t say.

Thea: Many people have said that in the past, and my experience also is that after this situation, you feel more energetic. Maybe not right away, but an hour or two has to pass, or sometimes even a few days, depending on the hit <laughs>. And then you always feel that some blockage has left you. Something gets easier and lighter in your life.

Milica: Yeah, very fun. <laughs>

“When the intent is honest, when the love is there, when the connection is there, it always happens.”

Newsletter Team: Did you come across any out-of-the-world experiences while serving him?

Milica: Well, (during) meditations. I wanted to say when I started serving him there was no more time like before to just sit and meditate. But couple of times he told me to practice pranayams. As with everything, he was so random. He walks into the office one day, randomly, and goes: ‘Hi, Milica. You are here; ok good. Now, sit and do pranayams’.

No explanations. Nothing. I’m like OK. I’ll sit and do pranayams. I have no idea.  Finally, he told: ‘OK, breathe. You do this.’ Nothing special. Not a special technique. And while I was doing it, it was amazing. A couple of times I could see him operating in different planes. At that time the war in Afghanistan was happening – 2021 summer. I saw him being present in a war. I saw him fighting the war. I saw him in many different dimensions. And for short moments, I could see the world through his eyes, he showed me small bits and pieces. I mean, he actually showed me. See, when you connect to his consciousness, that’s possible. For example, he says Mai-Tri healers and MTM (Mohanji Transformation Method) practitioners can see that because they connect to him and they directly can go and see many things (not normally visible to regular eyes).

Thea: You said that you were the floor or the chair. <laughs> We had so much fun.

Milica: Again, not all experiences were so profound. Like, I felt like I’m one with the floor. And if I said that to anyone, they will probably think I’m drunk. <laughs> Something happened. It was just a breathing technique. So yeah! It was really, really amazing. I think those experiences were really necessary to see actually who you’re connecting with. Even if you don’t have them, what he always says is – read experiences of other people. Because if you don’t see with your eyes, it’s OK. There are people who see; so read (about their experiences) and connect to that. Because it’s important when you serve him, you know who you are serving.

Thea: I had an experience two weeks ago. It’s really random; so random, but it also shows how random he is. Maybe he won’t display like big miracles but sometimes he’ll display something small. I was in his room recording him, like a voice note for someone. My phone didn’t have enough battery so I was using Christina’s phone. And Christina left the room while her phone was recording. And I didn’t know what the passcode was for her phone. So, when we finished the recording, Mohanji said ‘Stop the recording’. And Christina’s not there and I cannot call her. I told him I didn’t know the password, and he said: ‘try this’.  I tried that combination and it worked. He looked at me smiling. <laughs>

Milica: Basically, he can win the lottery if he wants to! <laughs>

Thea: Later, I asked Christina if she gave her password to Mohanji. And she’s like “What? Why would I do that?”. I told her what had just happened – and she just started laughing.

Milica: Oh, I love it. That reminded me of Sedona last year. We were in Sedona, and He was sitting in a big armchair. He has two mobile phones that he uses, and he said: ‘OK, please bring me my mobile phones from the room’. And as I started getting up to fetch the phones, I made one step and he said: ‘Oh no worries! They are here’. I was there the whole time, so there’s no way I did not see the phones if they’re already on the armchairs. I know they were not there before. And he’s laughing: ‘Yeah, I can do these things myself’. <laughs>.

I said: ‘So you’re telling me every time you forget something, and you scold us, that means you could have actually brought it!’ And he goes: ‘Yeah, but what’s the fun there? And how will you learn?’

Thea: Yeah, because it comes down to, whatever he does is for the other people serving him. And that’s why it’s so important that everyone reminds themselves of that. Even if you do something for him, you’re not doing that for him, you are doing that for yourself.

Milica: Yeah. And he showed us many, many times that everything we do, he can do that himself much better, faster and it’s easier for him.

Thea: But there’s another thing with a Master like him is that they have all the powers. That we know. But they wouldn’t use the powers for themselves. They can’t.

Milica: They can’t, yeah. Because it’s selfish. It’s not selfless. So, for example, he cannot heal himself. He’s not allowed to heal himself when he’s sick or something like that. He can remove anything from anyone else, but he cannot work on himself. So that’s the thing. That’s why whoever loves him, and other masters and other beings, can connect to him and protect him from that. Yeah. And he cannot say no, that’s the big thing.

Thea: Yeah. Even if someone comes with the intention of killing him, he will receive them. That’s why people are around him and trying to build layers of filters. Yeah, the only thing that can prevent someone from coming and killing (or harming) him is not himself but the Tradition that will work metaphysically or physically through people.

Milica: Which he told us: ‘If someone comes and asks me for my head on a plate, I would say OK’. <laughs> Well, we wouldn’t allow that. That’s why people are there. But he can’t say no. He’s like: ‘even if a person wants to do something bad and horrible to me, that person is allowed to go through that experience of doing something that horrible to me because that’s their karma. I’m not supposed to prevent it’.

Thea: But usually Tradition will do something. Tradition will stop it.

Newsletter Team: So have you come across any experience of the Tradition protecting him in any way?

Milica: Many, many times. Especially when that car crash happened last year. He was in a horrible state. And I think anyone else anyone else would have died, with everything the doctors said. He was in so much pain and it was serious. But you see nothing on his face; you couldn’t see any pain. He was fine like you see him every day. He’s like: ‘Yeah, I’m in pain. But what to do? Let’s go ahead’. He is attending meetings; He’s going to doctor appointments. He even took a plane with his heart condition four days after that accident, which is not allowed. So yeah, but the Tradition let him stay. That’s what was basically explained to us through many people. That happened many times.

Thea: And I remember last year when we went to the Murugan Temple in Tiruchendur in South India. It is very famous for removing black magic and very heavy things. And Mohanji said that temple is connected to a story about Adi Shankaracharya who had some black magic attacks put on him. But he was such a powerful master that he did nothing for himself. Basically, when he meditated, he sets aside these black magic effects and demons on the side. And when he finished his meditation, he let them back in! It’s a sign that great Masters do nothing for themselves, and they allow everything. And only when he went to Tiruchendur temple, these dark things left him. And he went there not because he decided to go one day, but rather, someone else took him.

So last year, a devotee of Mohanji and their family decided that they wanted to take him there. It was an idea they had had for many years. I think this devotee is very, very subtle and very connected to masters. And I think he got that message that he should take Mohanji to this temple, and he took him there. And Preeti Duggal was there with us. She’s a senior Maitri and MTM practitioner. She saw a huge cleansing happen for Mohanji from this trip. It’s as if he got a second life. I have the recording somewhere.

It was amazing what she saw. So much heaviness and burden were lifted from Mohanji at that time. It was divinely arranged such that Mohanji could go there just then because the mission needs to accelerate and so many more things need to happen in the world.

Mohanji would never say: ‘Let’s go to Thiruchendur. It’s my wish to go’. No, he wouldn’t say that. But this is happening because the Tradition through that man is sending the message that he should take Mohanji.

Milica: Yeah. And He always fulfills the wishes of his devotees. So, He will go.

“Even if you do something for him, you’re not doing that for him – you are doing it for yourself.”

Newsletter Team: That’s feels good to hear. Thanks for sharing these stories.

So, what about changes in yourselves, in your personalities and your experiences before you started as an assistant and after? I mean, one thing I have seen is increased confidence, but apart from that, what do you guys feel?

Milica: I can say what I can feel for myself. He always says let’s compare everything which you lost. Your gain is your loss. So, I lost many of my fears. Even though I always thought I’m the kind of person who is not afraid of anything, none of that is true. Only when you come to a Master, you realize how many things you’re afraid of – many fears, many insecurities – quite far away from the final product <laughs>. Work in progress? Yeah. 16.7 version. <laughs> As he says: ‘Miles to go Milica’. Absolutely.

And my view on life, people, and situations have definitely changed. Even though I have been flexible my whole life in many setups and in many different arrangements, on the other side, in some other setups and arrangements, I’m so strict and inflexible which only hurts me in the long run, which I was not always aware of. For example, he throws different situations at you to show you what’s the problem? And that flexibility has definitely increased. Again, there’s much more work to do. But it’s so easy to accept now that you went to bed last night with the plan for today and after you woke up, none of that is there. Before, this would be so horrible for me. I’m like, OK, what to do? My life is not structured. I would like to know what we’re doing. We have a plan; we’re going there. But we end up somewhere else completely. Which is now normal for me. For both of us. We were chosen and we are like, OK, fine. But when you see people who didn’t go through that experience, the stress comes in quickly like, how is this happening? What do we do? How do we manage it? This is the situation. The acceptance of what’s happening now. You have no idea what will happen in two hours. It’s amazing because it unburdens your life so much. You can just flow more easily and take whatever is thrown at you.

Relationships with people. My whole life I was always really influenced by relationships with people; not just romantic, but any relationship. Now I can see them in a very different light. Like they’re all part of karma, they’re all like predestined. What can I do? What other people can do? All of that is so much easier, so much easier to accept. And, also, voicing myself and expressing what I actually want.

Thea: Fulfilling the desire of being an actress. <laughs>. (Milica) Please, please share the experience.

Milica: For example, I was always trying (to be an actor) my whole life. I believe that it looks weird now. I can sit and talk and all of that, but I’m not the person to go into a room and talk in front of a camera. No way. I would just run. Which no one believes now, but once the camera turns on, I can’t speak. I can’t move. I don’t like it. And when I came to the office, we were doing videos and the Empowered program was happening, and he said: ‘Well, Milica, you should on camera’.

Thea: I was testing the camera before a recording of Mohanji, and Milica was there getting things ready.

Milica: So, this is August 2021. I’m behind just for her setup for the camera and He looked at me and said: ‘You should be more on camera. Really good’. I’m like, who would do the acting or talking anything. I can’t do any of that. What will I talk about? What do I say? How can I do that on camera?

Thea: She didn’t say (verbalize) any of that. <laughs>

Milica: I didn’t say any of that, but I was thinking that in my mind. I said OK. What do you do? It’s like when you have a question on a job application: Do you know how to ride a horse? You say ‘Yes!’ except you don’t. And then you go and learn how to ride a horse. <laughs>. So, we went and started recording some videos.

Fast forward to 2023, July. I’m acting in a Malayalam movie! So, it’s like a year and a half from this to a full-on experience in a movie. And honestly, it was easy. Unbelievably easy. I loved it. I enjoyed it. There were struggles, of course. I’m not a trained actor, and there were struggles in that sense because I didn’t have the technique or things like that, but no struggles inside. Like, ‘Oh my God! everyone is looking at me’, and ‘what am I doing’, and ‘how do I look?’

None of that!

Thea: You were flowing!

Newsletter Team: Is the movie released?

Milica: No, they had some financial struggles in their release, but I got the acting experience, which is amazing. So yeah, big change. Big, big change. I’m a loud person by nature, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that I’m always voicing how I feel, or any of that. Which is much easier for me now.

Newsletter Team: Did you have to learn Malayalam for the movie?

Milica: Oh, definitely not. <laughs> Thank God. I don’t think I would do that. I mean I would not know how long it will take. Probably a year or two, but that would be fun. They were joking with me. They were telling me one day, ‘so tomorrow your scene is in Malayalam!’. I was like: ‘You can’t do this to me. I came here. I know nothing. I can’t act!’ It was fun. 🙂

I can also speak about Thea too, but she can speak about her own change.

“Your gain is your loss.”

Newsletter Team: One more question before I move to Thea.  How is your family taking all this?

Milica: My dad, as I was previously mentioning, was always interested in these kinds of things: metaphysical and soul and life and all of that. So, it resonated a lot with him. He didn’t object. Like every parent, he was a bit concerned about my future: How you’re going to live your life. What happens next? Do you plan anything? That took a little bit of time to understand which is fine. My mom is a more Orthodox person. So, for her, that process went with more questions. Explain this and explain that because she’s really thinking a lot. But honestly, I was so surprised that they had there was not a lot of drama or not accepting.

What happens with most parents is, when you’re happy, when they see you being fulfilled and nothing is missing in your life and you’re fine, they will be happy because they love you. When they see the change in you and how much you grew by doing whatever you’re doing they are like: ‘I’m so happy. Please continue’. So, they’re really content now.

Thea: I can relate to that. That’s exactly what I experienced with my mom as well. I was not that close to my mom. For many years, I didn’t live with her. But still, she’s my mom. And maybe at the beginning it was weird for her that I was hanging out with this dude wearing white robes sitting on chairs above all the other people because, you know, the concept of guru, in the west, is mainly associated with a cult or a sect.

I had a few questions from my mom and my family that I ignored giving straight answers initially and I was making jokes instead, making them believe I’m in a cult <laughs>.

Milica: <laughs> She does things like that.

Thea: Just so they would understand how stupid their worries are. Anyways. But now I can see that in the past year, she was actually really proud because she was seeing the huge humanitarian work we are doing in the world. And how many people are happy thanks to Mohanji and thanks to the work we do; she sees the transformation in me, of course, and she’s proud of that.

And it all came to the point where she got involved with our work, and recently translated Mohanji’s book into French. She also met him for the first time in Netherlands in May-June, when we were there. She’s very happy doing that and she’s happy that she met him and she’s very supportive now.

It takes time, and our consistency is an important factor – we need to live our truth. We need to explain and answer the questions that come. We show that 1+1=2 and we show the good work in the world happening through us, making many people happy. That’s it. What more do you want?

Milica: Yeah, and I just wanted to add to that. When someone very close to you in your life, whoever is very important to you, for example, parents, partner, kids, etc., when they go against you, when you follow a spiritual path, it doesn’t have to be Mohanji but could be anyone, many of the times, it’s a test to test you. I saw this with one of my close friend, Mina. It’s to test you and test your faith. The moment you are firm in that, I swear to you, the opposition magically vanishes. Those people just wake up. And they’re fine. They’re completely different people because they start connecting and it’s like a completely different scenario because that situation was to test you, your faith, and your determination.

Thea: Whenever you’re confident in your faith, it’s not going to shake you.

Milica: Many of the times when something like that is happening, I say to people, please check first are you firm in doing all of that… going somewhere, taking the job…? Because when you are firm, people will feel that, and they’ll never say: ‘Hey, you’re not OK’. Because you are happy, they’ll not interfere.

Thea: In the beginning, in the first year I got connected to Mohanji I faced many of these situations. Because, first when I met Mohanji, for me it was a big revelation. I have been looking for this my whole life… my god! This is great. The world will be so happy to hear about my discovery! <laughs> So, I’m speaking to everyone about Mohanji and, of course, I was facing a wall because many times people’s fears would surface. I was going around speaking Mohanji this, Mohanji that, and talk about his teachings, because this is what I have been looking for. But not everyone is looking for this. <laughs>

So, it really took some time to adjust the way I spoke about my experiences. So yeah, it’s also about how you present this to the world. Not many people like hearing, you know, about Mohanji, what he’s doing, his miracles, etc.

Milica: Everything has its audience, and you need to adjust according to that. Like, even if you’re in a organization, you’re not going to approach different clients with the same story or strategy. You’re going to adjust what you say and how you say it. Not everyone is interested in what you’re going to say. So don’t talk. You don’t just go to them and say: ‘hey, this is what I learned today’. They may respond: ‘I’m fine. I don’t care’. Sure. Good for you. <laughs>

Thea:  I was under the impression that everyone wanted to meet someone like Mohanji. But that is not true. It really took me a few months to understand. Because then, so many tests happened to me because as soon as I started speaking, people would come with many questions and started putting many doubts in my head. So that was the first wave of doubts in my life.

“Whenever you’re confident in your faith, it’s not going to shake you.”

Newsletter Team: I remember last year Mohanji mentioned that you had a fear of flying.

Thea: Yeah, that’s one of the things that changed.  So many fears, vanish. Two of my biggest fears are something that people will easily relate to, and have really subsided. First is the fear of flying. I used to have extreme anxiety about airplanes. And when I started traveling with Mohanji, it just reduced. On the first flight it reduced 50% and then it gradually vanished. And now I’m OK. Even the other day when we were on a flight with Christina and big turbulences were happening, I was OK but she was looking at me with big anxious eyes. And I was like ‘Don’t worry. It’ll be fine’. <laughs>

Second is fear of spiders. Actually, it’s not a fear, but a phobia. It’s even worse than a fear. And I can tell that Mai-Tri helped me a lot. Elham, who’s also here, she’s also a senior Mai-Tri practitioner and she did Maitri for me consistently on the fear of spiders and I can hear there’s so many spiders. And I keep seeing them and I’m OK now. And I would have never thought that I would be OK. I mean, obviously I don’t like seeing them and I’m still scared and I asked someone to remove them, but before I would be paralyzed. Now, I’m not paralyzed anymore. And I can just ask someone calmly, politely, just remove them.

Milica: And also, my nickname is ‘spider’, given by Father for different reasons. I honestly think it adds to her fear. She’s living with someone nicknamed ‘spider’, and she constantly hears daily ‘spider, spider, spider’, so she’s a bit more relaxed.  <laughs>

Newsletter Team: you were meant to come for her. <laugh>

Milica: Yeah, I was destined <laughs>. We function very well.

For me it was about getting out of my comfort zones. Mohanji always speaks about comfort zones. Living with someone, sharing rooms, being surrounded by so many people. As the only child in my family I had my own room, my own space. Not that I don’t like sharing, but you’re just not adjusted to that. I’ve never had a house full of people constantly. Never in my life. Guests used to come visit for lunches, and that’s it. Then they leave. With Father, life is completely different. Every house is constantly full. Your room, your bathrooms. Because people come, people love him, and of course we’re all the same. We all want to be with him, which is fine, but that was really getting out of my comfort zone for me. But now I’m ok!

Thea: Being with Mohanji means being with people constantly.

Milica: He’s introverted but he’s with people constantly. He’s never alone. Never. Except when he sleeps. Even then, he’s with others metaphysically. Beings visit him all the time.

Thea: But for me, the biggest transformation I experienced about my personality is that I’m much more confident than before. People who knew from before know that I used to be very quiet, very scared, very insecure. Like, extremely. I would not even speak to people. I think that now it doesn’t even show. I can speak to people and be around them. And one of the biggest differences I can feel in my character and personality is that I can actually express love towards people. I always felt, so much love inside was completely blocked. And now, I can express and receive it from people, which is a big deal.

Newsletter Team: I remember you both last April from the retreat. From then to now I can personally see a difference in confidence, in talking, and leading the show. It’s great.

Thea: Yeah. So that’s what he does, to us who are with him physically. But he works on so many levels and so many people benefit. I think you should at some point interview someone like Mina or even Elham. These people have a more metaphysical connection. They can share very interesting things.

Milica: Yeah, because they see with different eyes. Obviously, both of us don’t have the eyes to see certain things, other than the many small physical miracles that occurs regularly when he does something. Television speaks, or he changes the flavor of food, or he manifests the phones or her passport or her phone. <laughs>

Thea: These small things are shown sometimes just to tease you or sometimes just to help you a little bit …

Milica: …or you just happen to catch these miracles accidentally.

Thea: Like for example, the other day we had the homa happening in the UK. It should have been raining that day and this homa was happening outside. And I recorded that moment where he’s sitting in front of the homa with an intense gaze towards the fire, and his hand is moving like this <gestures pushing away with a flick>. And the clouds moved away, and the sun started shining.

Milica: And then here you ask him. He always says: ‘It’s very simple: You just connect with nature, you’ll be the cloud. <laughs> Father, that’s simple only for you!

Thea: All these miracles happen, for instance the Homa, for the people to benefit from it. Or changing the flavor of Mango lassi because Milica didn’t like the flavor of milk in it.

Milica: Oh, my God. I think he was just like: ‘Fine. Drink’. <laughs> Yeah, he changed the flavor of drink when we went there. Many times, he changes the flavor of food. He changes things. But other people who are healers can see what we cannot see. They can see what he actually does when he teases you, or when he speaks, or when he scolds you. Or how he cleanses people through all those treatments. They can tangibly explain it to you, which is very interesting.

Thea: There are many people we can connect you to like Mina or Elham.

Newsletter Team: Mina, I have read her blog. She has put her experiences up there also.

Thea: Elham is in LA. Even Devi, Subhashree, Preeti Duggal. We have so many people that it’s really amazing to see; and hear their insights and experiences from them!

Newsletter Team: Well, this has been a wonderful interview. Thank you both very very much.

Thea/Milica: No, thank you. Thank you. This was really fun. Well done, great questions.
