Thames-Speaks-with-Harendra-Singh-Jodha-Satsang-with-Mohanji- Be you

Thames Speaks with Harendra Singh Jodha – LIVE

Whenever we ask somebody who they are, they always talk about “I am so and so”, and “I am in this position” or we respect people based on their richness and wealth and such. Minus all that, what exactly you are- that’s the original you. Be you. It’s the responsibility of all of us, to understand what we are, minus our position, possession, and relations. Three things. That’s my core teaching.

Be You – Satsang with Mohanji in UK – Part 2

The next part – There is no segregation between emotional health and mental health as far as I can understand. This is happening because of the ownership aspect. The stress is on ownership. Even a trauma of life, we own it. We own many guilts, many regrets. Owning it means we hold it. This is causing all sorts of deficiencies or imbalances. But if you follow the path of acceptance of each situation, and each relation, we can move on. Many times, what I have seen in trauma care is that the abusive situations are reinforced through discussions, etc. When the situation is repeatedly discussed, they remember it all the time, and it goes deeper and deeper in layers. I would say – just leave it. Take on the next step and move on.

BE YOU - Satsang with Mohanji in UK part 1

Be You – Satsang in UK – part 1

Be you. It is important that we start connecting to ourselves and realizing ourselves. For that, the step is acceptance. As I explained in the previous question on expectations, when we have acceptance of ourselves, when we are connecting to ourselves, and when we develop self-love, the expectation level to the outside world will be less. Because we do not see differences, we see only karmic beings walking and talking. You see yourself in them. There will be nothing to expect and we will be moving on with everybody. Then it’s companionship; it’s a collaboration. If you really start connecting to yourself, you will explore yourself better and that will happen automatically. You will watch yourself with wonder; then it’s a different life.

We cannot extend our death, nor can we prevent our birth. So, while living, how best you use your time, how best you can do something for the world – this really matters. That’s why I never underestimate anybody’s time. Every breath has value; every breath counts. So, it’s very, very important that we do not waste our breaths.

BE YOU In conversation with Mohanji - part 2

BE YOU – in Conversation with Mohanji, Part 2

I would say having a peaceful existence, having contentment is success. Every-moment-contentment. That’s completely connected to you. It’s not connected to anything outside of you. It’s not about your money. It’s not about your position. It’s not about your relationships. It’s about YOU. Contentment is an attitude.

BE YOU – in Conversation with Mohanji, Part 1

Don’t ever worry whether society accepts you while you’re alive, because your authenticity may transcend time, you may go beyond time. Authenticity always transcends time. This is exactly why I always say: BE YOU, totally you. It’s worth it.
