These are two states of human existence. Heaven is not apart from you, nor hell is apart from you. This is your choice. You can be in heaven or in hell. Well, as far as human beings are concerned, both are states of existence. Whatever contracts your mind, whatever makes you negative, whatever makes you restricted, or lower – lower level of awareness is hell. Lack of awareness is hell. The shift in consciousness where you are tapping into the higher awareness where you are able to see in 360 degrees – this is heaven.
Mohanji on Hanumanji Why do we worship Hanumanji as a deity? Because of his consistency. How can your mind be consistent? It should be parked in the yard of consistency. All the idols are connected to an ideal, and the ideal’s personification is the idol. We have Hanumanji with the face of a monkey. He
The Guru-Disciple relationship is so pure and so sacred, much higher than a mother-child relationship. The mother-child relationship is one of the most sacred relationships in the world. The Guru-Disciple relationship is much higher because the Guru takes the disciple to Supreme Consciousness, where they started from. That’s the thing.

What’s permanent in me? This body is not permanent, the mind is not permanent, intellect is not permanent, ego is not permanent, and it’s changing, from a small child to an old person, and then we die. So, we see the cycle of life and existence, and we decided- nothing really matters. Even if you try to hold on to any possessions, positions, status, or stature, nothing stays. Everything is going; everything is changing. Then we realized, “Okay, when everything is changing, we must get to the unchangeable, in one lifetime.” That’s when the power of Kriya was initiated.
The mind’s job is to be restless; you need to accept that the mind is restless. You cannot do anything about it. But allow it to be restless and have nothing to do with it. When I say have nothing to do with it, as it becomes restless, you just allow that to flow. Just watch. The best technique or technique that Babaji suggested to me in the early 2000s was splitting the mind into two and observing one part of the mind with the other.
