Mohanji Speaks Zoom satsang on 09th June 2019 Q: What is more important in spirituality – faith or being objective? Mohanji: Being practical. This is very important in spirituality. Spirituality is not apart from you. Spirituality is your connection with the spirit aspect of you, which is the consciousness aspect. It has three dimensions, the
That is why I say that when you are fully connected to yourself, that is, mind, body, intellect and ego and spirit are all together, what you experience is fullness and completion. That is the state of enlightenment, where you feel yourself in everything, you don’t see any difference, you will not criticize or judge, you will not have prejudices, you will not hate anybody, and you will not take revenge. This happens when you are fully within yourself. You see people, birds, animals and places as expressions. Also you will feel, you will know that you are one with everything, there is no separation. Also there’ll be no egocentric ownership, there’ll be no ownership based on “mine”. Mind dissolves at the state of no thought, which is Nirvichara Samadhi.
When mind dissolves, mind matter also dissolves, and then you start seeing only the truth. The truth is that life goes without the past, present and future, which means there is no dimensional shift, no dimensional difference. Also you are one with this whole life, you are life! You become life; you are no longer in the relative mode, such as me and you, this and that, etc. That will end and you will start seeing the perpetual life, which is static and stable. That is your state of enlightenment.
Remaining calm is very essential in every situation, especially in management. When you have many people to manage, you need to be stable. They will look at look at you, see that you are stable and work freely. Instead if you give them insecurity, you are also responsible for the results of their activity. When people are insecure, we will have no idea as to how they function or what their level of productivity will be. Hence when you are leading a team, you must remain stable and not be prejudiced. You can highlight a person’s strengths but should not emphasise anyone’s weaknesses. We must understand that all of us have weaknesses. Let them be, there’s no problem. But if we over accent them, they will grow and strengths will be sidelined. Hence we must highlight strengths, nurture them, so that in time weaknesses become insignificant. Also a team will have a mix of people; we cannot look at everyone with the same set of spectacles. Each person is a story. Each person has a history. Each person is a universe by himself or herself. So they should be handled and appreciated in their individual capacities. Do not compare, it’s not the same and it cannot be the same.
If you want to be Mohanji’s disciple, you should not exist. There is no guru or disciple. Nobody is perpetually a guru nor perpetually a disciple. You need to understand yourself. The whole journey is reading, understanding, assimilating and dissolving YOU. How does one become Mohanji’s disciple and a part of the Guru Parampara? Is there
Self acceptance cannot be compromised. You need to accept yourself and that is the deep message that I would like to give you. If you do not accept anything else it does not matter but you need to accept yourself. If that does not happen, one lifetime will get wasted. So, get on with it, practice
What is the right practice for practical life? Every-moment practice – everything you do, every person you meet, every emotion you handle, that is your practice. Satsang in Maryland, The USA – Part 2 26th August 2018 Q: I’ve seen that all the great Masters, which includes you, have done intense spiritual sadhana (practice) to
This is the human progression in spirituality, in a nutshell. What we need today is that clarity that nobody owns any piece of land on earth. We are all walking here like tourists. We cannot own anybody. We cannot own anything here. If that understanding is clear, then the result is love, freedom. And when
