Mohanji has created a dynamic Guided Walking meditation – Conscious Walking™. This is a simple, but very transformative technique available at no cost. You can easily practice and adapt Conscious Walking™. 

Why is good to practice Conscious Walking?

We all experience that we use a great deal of energy from our system. An oscillating mind that travels between past and future, rarely stopping in the present. This consumes a huge amount of our energy.

As long as we remain in the present, we experience more energy flowing within us. But especially, we walk unconsciously, letting our senses loose and spending much more energy than usual. However, during Conscious Walking™, our eyes are locked down to one foot ahead of us and our attention remains within our energy field. This results in reducing energy loss. When our energy circulates within our own energy field, we become totally energized and rejuvenated.

If we properly follow the steps, a 30-minute CW practice is as effective as a 3 hours of meditation.
