Mohanji Foundation and Mohanji Foundation Canada are happy to announce that Mohanji will be visiting Canada this March. A 3-day retreat, ππΏπΌπΊ π¦πΌππ»π±π ππΌ π¦πΆπΉπ²π»π°π² will take place in Toronto from 18th to 20th March and all are welcome to attend.

Program Details: During this retreat Mohanji will guide the participants through various processes that may enable them to dive deeper into a blissful silence and lead a happier and peaceful life.
Our minds are always like a pendulum, caught between the emotions of the past and anxiety towards the future. We have never consciously anchored our mind to the present moment and enjoyed the deep rejuvenation, contentment and joyful silence inherent within us. Apart from experiencing this joy at very few instances, we are always tossed by our own thoughts and emotions leading to a dissatisfied life.
How can we consciously achieve this silence and balance in our life? What is the road map to be followed? What are the tools and techniques required to get the best out of our life?
