Prana Pratishta of Mahavishnu Temple
Unnathur Mahavishnu Temple at Painkulam, Thrissur district, #Kerala, existed in its full grandeur around 2000 years back, but many historical events of the past lead to the total destruction of this temple, leaving it in shambles for hundreds of years. After numerous attempts to rebuild it, the reconstruction was finally commenced in 2019, and now, 4 years later the temple has been reconstructed.
Mohanji attended the ceremony of Prana Pratishta on January 22nd and 23rd, and presided over the event as the chief guest.
Mohanji received a very warm welcome, and after the ceremony everyone enjoyed annandan (food offering) and cultural programs.
