Overview of Mohanji Global Initiatives - July 2022

The month of July was filled with various global activities especially related to Social Service and Guru Purnima celebrations. Mohanji and Devi unexpectedly visited Denmark for the first time ever, where Mohanji interacted with the community in Copenhagen and discussed deeper life contexts.
On the auspicious day of Guru Purnima a Live Satsang was conducted by Mohanji watched by hundreds of people across the globe.

Special highlights for Mohanji Foundation

In Bosnia & Herzegovina, the Mohanji Wellness Walking ground (infinity sign) has been constructed and is ready to be used by visitors of Park Ravne near the Bosnian Pyramids in Visoko.

Social Service

From 1st to 9th July the Puri Maha Annadaan (food service) at Jagannath Puri Temple was conducted for 9 consecutive days. 45000 people were served meals along with water bottles. Gurupoornima pan India celebrated with multiple activities (13th July & other days too). 12881 people benefitted in all on Guru Purnima alone.
ACT Bosnia, Croatia, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Macedonia, Serbia, South Africa, UK, USA and all others, continue to spread happiness and cheer by donating food, fruits, stationery packs, bedding, much-needed nappies and baby formula and clothes for toddlers, underprivileged children, endangered families and sheltered dogs and cats.
ACT Foundation Romania has expanded its ACTION in the villages in the area of Dorohoi. The team delivered food to 18 Romanian families in villages located on the outskirts of Dorohoi, George Enescu, Hiliseu Horia.
ACT4Ukraine sent off another lorry from the UK to support activities in Ukraine. The lorry carried 29 pallets of food, medicines, medical equipment, wheelchairs and other essential aid items.
On Guru Purnima alone, Ammucare in India served 12,881 people in need, with 3824 Meals Served and 960 Kgs of food fed to animals. In addition to this, clothes were donated to 330 people, plus 283 Health kits, 388 School Supplies and 3000 Fruit Trees were planted.

Mohanji Youth Club

The group of youngsters from Mohanji Youth Club UK joined hands with the senior volunteers on the ground in Ukraine and helped distribute the donated items to those in need.

Fruit Tree Plantation Drive

Mohanji Foundation and Ammucare Charitable Trust yet again collaborated with the Armed Forces in India, for a beautiful cause of Fruit Tree Plantation Drive.

EBC Teens

EBC Teens conducted a program for teens “What is Mental Health” with Diksha Krishna, who spoke about what mental health is and burst the myths and misconceptions surrounding the topic.
