Build Inner Confidence with Mohanji
Mohanji will personally guide children on how to connect with their inner strengths, believe in themselves, stay fearless in daily life and build self-confidence.
Learn a Powerful Concentration Process
Children will learn a unique process directly from Mohanji to improve focus, attention span, & concentration, and avoid distractions. They will practice this process multiple times during retreat till they are ready to do it on their own at home.
Blessings at the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple
Children are invited to Shirdi Sai Baba Temple events hall for a special session with Sri. Sulakhe Shastri ex-priest at Shirdi Sai temple. They will also do meditation at the temple premise and learn to connect with Shirdi Sai Baba, before having special darshan at the temple.
Design their own Daily Confidence Routine
Children will learn a simple, joyful daily routine for building self-discipline and realizing their inner power.
- Morning Routine: Yoga and breathing exercises, affirmations, gratitude, planning the day
- Night Routine: Journaling, reflection, inspiring bedtime stories
