Acknowledgment of Risks: I understand that the Kailash with Mohanji trip is challenging, involving various risks, including but not limited to the nature of accommodations, weather conditions, group size, and the journey itself. I may be exposed to certain known and unknown risks, dangers, hazards, and liabilities, particularly medical complications arising from altitude, weather, or travel conditions. I affirm that I am in good health and capable of performing any required physical activity. I fully accept and assume any legal responsibility for personal injury, death, loss, inconvenience, or property damage that may arise due to these risks. *

Compliance with Rules: I agree to follow all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the trip organizers throughout the journey. *

Itinerary and Changes: I understand that the itinerary and travel details are subject to change by the organizers as necessary to ensure the best interests of the travel group. Mohanji International is not responsible for any accidents, damages, losses, delays, or inconveniences related to international flight cancellations or other unforeseen events. *

Unforeseen Circumstances: I agree to abide by any decision made by Mohanji International, the organizers, or the trekking organizers in case the trip is rendered impossible due to unforeseen events, natural disasters, or if I need to be removed from the trip due to my actions, which may breach the travel code of conduct. I understand that Mohanji International’s decision in this matter is final and binding, and they reserve the right to modify or cancel arrangements without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. *

Spiritual Nature of the Trip: As this is a spiritual journey, I may be asked to refrain from certain activities or follow specific practices. I agree to make my best efforts to follow the recommended schedule and practice guidelines. I understand that my experience may vary based on multiple factors, including my actions, and I will not hold Mohanji International or associated volunteers liable if I am not satisfied with my experience. *
