Step into ORIGINS - The Gathering of Elders
We invite you to join us online for a once-in-a-lifetime journey – ORIGINS, a sacred gathering of Tribal Elders, Masters, and Wisdom Keepers from across the world
From the heart of Cape Town, South Africa, you’ll experience live sessions and beautifully crafted episodes filled with ceremony, music, and blessings from some of the Earth’s most ancient traditions.
Guided by Mohanji, founder of the World Tribal Alliance, and joined by Guests of Honour Matias De Stefano, Craig Foster, and a circle of Elders representing the San, Zulu, Lakota, Maori, Amazonian, and Andean lineages, ORIGINS celebrates unity, remembrance, and what Mohanji calls “A Grand Collaboration.”
What to Expect
Over six sacred days, online participants will receive access to:
- Three live transmissions, including the Opening and Closing Ceremonies guided by Mohanji and the Elders.
- Three cinematic episodes capturing the sacred journeys unfolding across Cape Town and its ancestral sites.
- One-month exclusive access to all recordings for deep reflection and continued immersion.
Highlights
- Opening Ceremony (Nov 5): Mohanji offers the inaugural words and a Shaktipat blessing - a sacred descent of divine energy - as the San people light the ancestral fire. Elders from diverse traditions open the circle with invocations and prayers for unity.
- Cape Point Ceremony (Nov 6): Experience the powerful blessings of South African Elders and a land-cleansing ceremony led by Mamo Lorenzo (Sierra Nevada, Colombia), weaving prayers of forgiveness and reconciliation for humanity.
- Robben Island Ceremony (Nov 7): Witness sunrise prayers and sacred rituals symbolizing freedom and healing, with voices from the Maori, Sámi, Lakota, and Amazonian Elders.
- Table Mountain & Amazonian Night (Nov 8): At sunrise, Mohanji joins Elders for a ceremony of unity at the “sacred table of the world,” followed by the Amazonian night of icaros, songs, and ancestral wisdom.
- Closing Ceremony (Nov 9): A live broadcast of the Elders’ Round Table - a circle of shared visions for the future - culminating in the San Fire Dance, honoring the Earth through movement, music, and prayer.
