The Malayalee Association of North American Hindus (MANTRAH) successfully hosted its 2nd Global Hindu Convention – SHIVOHAM 2025 from July 3–6, 2025, in collaboration with Kairali Satsang of Carolinas at the Marriott Winston-Salem/Benton Convention Center, North Carolina, USA. The convention drew renowned spiritual leaders, cultural icons, and political dignitaries from India and the United States, marking a milestone in celebrating Hindu traditions and fostering global unity.
Distinguished Guests
The event was graced by Mohanji, humanitarian and global spiritual leader, who served as Chief Guest and Keynote Speaker. Other eminent figures included Pujya Swami Chidananda Puri, Veereshwarananda Swamiji (Sivagiri Matt), Dr. Sreenath Karayatt, Dr. Ranjani Saigal, Dr. Mannady Hari, and Brahmasree Manoj V. Namboothiri.
Distinguished American leaders such as Mr. Phil Berger (President Pro Tempore, NC Senate) and Mr. Destin Hall (NC House of Representatives) attended, alongside celebrated playback singer Unni Menon, adding both political and cultural prominence to the gathering.

Mohanji’s Keynote Address
Mohanji, invited as Guest of Honor, made an impactful appearance, joining the inaugural procession and flag hoisting before delivering a keynote address on “Relevance of Unity in a Polarized World.” “Do not live in a fool’s paradise. The only way to stand strong is to unite under the rules of Truth, as shown in the Dharmic way of life.” Calling for unity beyond the boundaries of religion, caste, or nationality, he reminded the gathering that “Truth is one, no matter what name or form we give it.” Mohanji urged humanity to embrace the principle of “One World, One Family“, cautioning against the chaos of selfish individualism and stressing the importance of conscious, responsible living.
