Mohanji awarded honorary doctorate from pacific academy of higher education and research university for his contribution to humanity

Mohanji, the well-known spiritual leader, humanitarian and philanthropist, was conferred with a honorary doctorate (Honoris Causa) degree from Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University (PAHER) in Udaipur, Rajasthan.

This prestigious degree, which is only the fourth of its kind in the history of this university, was in recognition of his invaluable contributions to humanity. The University appreciated Mohanji’s exemplary service and commitment to society – through his spiritual wisdom, social service, practical living and transformation of people around the world through the various organizations founded by him such as Mohanji Foundation, ACT Foundation and Ammucare Charitable Trust.

The degree was awarded on the 4th of February 2024 at a glittering convocation ceremony held at PAHER, Udaipur, where distinguished guests, scholars, and community leaders gathered to celebrate this occasion. The function was presided over by Mr Rahul Agarwal (Chairman Pacific University), Prof. B.P. Sharma (UNESCO MGIEP), Mr. Sanjay Singhal (Chairman Secure Meters), Mr. Aman Agarwal (Exec. Director, Pacific University), Mr. Sharad Kothari (CEO Pacific University), Prof. Hemant Kothari (Dean, PG Studies, Pacific University), and Prof. K. K. Dave (President of Ceremony).

After receiving his Honoris Causa degree, Mohanji delivered a brief speech. He emphasized the promising future of India’s youth and outlined three essential values for a successful career: self-acceptance, gratitude, and working for the greater good. His insightful words resonated with the graduating students, offering valuable guidance for their future endeavours.

Interestingly, Mohanji’s responsibility went beyond just accepting the honorary doctorate degree; he was also given the distinction of giving out degree certificates to the graduating class.

Mohanji Foundation extends its gratitude to the University and all involved. This honour reflects not only Mohanji’s accomplishments but also serves as an inspiration for future generations to strive for excellence in service to humanity.
